Great location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I am glad I booked this location. I am not a party animal, so I think it is very quiet here considering how loud it can get at night with the noise from the rave and night market. There is a nice walking path that follows the river across the street from the neighborhood in which the homestay is in. Next time, I will try to bring a bike or standing scooter to travel around easier but most places in the city can be reached within 15 minutes by taxi.

The location of the resort is is 20mins drive from the main central tourist area. If you’re seeking an isolated resort hotel, this is a good choice. The facility at the hotel resort is good, the staff are friendly and hospitable. The landscape are well kept and villa room has high ceiling with stupendous bathroom / shower. Great resort for a luxurious quiet family get away.

Hotel is in a good location. Many little bars and restaurants nearby and easy to find. Convenience located right outside and open late. The staff here don't speak any English, but not really too much of a problem. Had made contact with hotel before we arrived and they kindly arranged a driver to collect is from airport for free. Also arranged a driver for the following day to take us to several attractions. This was just 300¥ for whole day and well worth it. Great service! The room was comfortable and bed was good. Nice terraced balcony also. The hotel allowed us to wash out clothes for free too. Only downsides were breakfast, the bathtub and swimming pool. The breakfast was very basic and offered no tea or coffee unfortunately. The bathtub leaked over the floor in the bathroom. Also, the swimming pool was too cold and not able to swim in the freezing water. However, I would come back again as I enjoyed the hotel and the value for money it offered.

Beauty advocates are here! Come out to play, of course you have to stay well! A friend just happened to recommend this great inn. The environment is not only good, but also quiet. Fully equipped, and a swimming pool! The proprietress is very welcoming and makes me feel warm like home. And the room is very clean, it is really a villa-like experience. At the same time, as soon as you enter Xishuangbanna, you will feel surrounded by tropical jungle, as if you have come to a corner of Xiaokaihua. This place where the Dai and Blang people live is full of greenery and vitality. As a person who loves nature, I feel sorry that I didn't come here earlier and I am very happy. Xishuangbanna Forest Park! The vast forest is permeated with aromatic and wonderful atmosphere, which has a colorful and mysterious beauty. The night market by the Canglan River is so beautiful! There are also hot pot and Dai snacks, which taste really good. There are really too many places to go, and too many beautiful attractions. I strongly recommend Xishuangbanna and this inn.

- The room is huge! The decoration is very tasteful. Everyone was shocked when I posted it on WeChat Moments. - The sanitary napkins are large and clean. There is a bathtub and shower. The washbasin is wide enough to pile up cosmetics. - The bed is very soft and comfortable. The TV has memberships for several platforms. - There is a snack street and RT-Mart across the street. There are also Dai Di Bar and Live House two intersections away. - Because I had just participated in the Jinuo Mountain Rainforest Hiking the day before, my legs were sore, so I lay in the room for a whole day. I watched ”Do You Know?” all afternoon and ”A Journey with the Phoenix” in the evening. - For someone like me who has been to Gaozhuang/Starlight Night Market/walked through the rainforest, this day is just a good transition. Have a good rest in the afternoon and go to Dai Di at night.

Yes, book early and the price/performance ratio is very good at this location. It's a standard express hotel. There are no problems. The location is good. It's very convenient to go out to eat and buy things. Any barbecue restaurant is delicious. The road outside the door is basically very blocked, so it is convenient to go out on foot. The facilities are a bit old, but overall good. The decoration is not as gorgeous as in the pictures, but it is nice and stylish. The underground parking lot is convenient and free, but it was difficult to find when you first arrived. There was no hotel sign outside.

Clean and sanitary. Although the decoration is average, the people inside are very interesting and there is soul communication. It's very happy🥳

The hotel is very close to Gaozhuang, 5 minutes walk. The decoration feature is Dai nationality. General hygiene. Sheets were reasonably clean. The bathroom is really just average. The twin room is not too big. There is a terrace just right to see the Mekong Hotel. An average of more than 660 a night is considered expensive. But it was an exaggeration to see that it rose to 3600 a night during the Chinese New Year, and it seemed a little comforting. 🤭

My room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the front desk lady added me to her Wechat in case I needed anything. There was a hassle several hours after check-in, late at night, when she needed a photo of my last entry stamp to China, which was several years ago, and she kept demanding ”the other ones”, and I tried to explain they only need the most recent stamp, not ALL of them. It took way too long for her to understand that I hadn't been outside of China since 2019, so it seems they aren't used to having foreign guests. During check-in, we used a translation app to communicate. The location is convenient, in the market but on a street that isn't quite as busy, so it isn't too loud at night, and there are many restaurants nearby. The swimming pool didn't have any water in it, so that should have been listed on the hotel's information instead of showing photos of a pool with water in it and then me being disappointed after seeing an empty pool upon arrival.
