太遠了，本來到的就晚，結果辦入住卻被拒，前台説沒有查到訂單，衹有自己找電話，搞了半個多小時終於辦好手續，前台説住的在一兩百米外的另一棟，黑燈瞎火，就兩棟建築，立在野外，荒草叢生，住的地方要去拿東西，住的地方燈都沒開幾盞，跑了兩趟半個小時！感覺像是體驗**探險！結果沒入住就退房走人了。也不知道錢退不退，唉😮💨

房間乾淨，離温泉很近，晚上有篝火晚會，雖然這個景區距離烏魯木齊有點遠，設施設備也不是那麼完善，但景區工作人員算是很用心了，從門口保安大哥到酒店前台，温泉巡邏大姐，態度都很好，體驗感很好

預訂時沒有明確説明是A座還是B座，晚上10點多到了大廳前台無人服務，然後來了個小夥子走樓梯領到三樓，我們扛着行李滿頭大汗到了三樓房間，房間桌子櫃子是一層土，連一般快捷酒店都不如。39°的高温天氣，空調開着竟然一點不製冷，找酒店竟然説就是這樣，再打電話直接扣電話！！！房間很臟，地上蟲子爬，淋浴頭是擺設，沒法洗澡，洗手池臟乎乎臉都不敢洗。房間沒有鏈鎖，無法反鎖。然後入住還得去B座，幸虧開着車，走路很遠，A座和B座中間的道路簡直就是農村的土路，塵土飛揚。温泉更別提了，10點就沒法泡温泉了，花了温泉酒店近500元的價格，住了個噁心🤢

设施：老舊且保養不好，門鎖鏈子壞了。
卫生：有幾只蒼蠅陪我過了一晚，淋浴間去水位如圖所示，需要自己清理。
服务：基本上還好。

房間簡簡單單，中規中矩，温泉鹹的，説是古海，很有特點，餐廳吃飯一般般還很貴，大窯15一瓶，價格貴一倍吧

特別表揚大門口的保安大哥，很熱心撿到了我的房卡。酒店已經在當地的空曠資源稀缺的地理條件下儘可能做到滿足消費者日常需求。這裏的工作人員都比較熱情好客。還是很滿意的。
