The staff was warm and sent breakfast coupons. Now there are many tourists in the flower season. There is no dedicated parking lot. The bus and car are crowded in the accommodation area. The car of the guests is not parked, and the pedestrian lane is not separated. The vehicle has to be shuttled in the pedestrian room. There are safety hazards. It is recommended to improve! The overall feeling of this trip can be, it is a good place for leisure sports.

We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi. Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use. Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space. There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended to everyone.
