This is my favorite hotel I have stayed in recently. I like it so much that I booked another one before I even left the hotel.
Environment:
The hotel courtyard is so beautiful, with trees, water systems, and ancient pavilions. It has both Chinese classical beauty and the simplicity and fashion of modern architecture.
The long corridor composed of bamboo screens is extremely beautiful, with flickering light, and the light changes at night, which is also beautiful for taking photos.
Various artworks are scattered throughout the hotel, including in the room and above the corridor. The artworks come from artists from all over the world, and they are integrated very well, and the integration with the building itself is also very good. There are also many old photos of Xitang and photos of the hotel construction process in the corridor of the room, which adds a lot of warm humanistic atmosphere and locality.
Facilities:
The supplies are extremely good. Including pure cotton era washable facial tissues, various waters from Evian to 5001 to Nongfu Spring** infants and young children, and Liangrang’s own snacks, fruits, tea, roses, etc. The bedding has a satin feel, not ordinary cotton products.
I especially like the carpet in the corridor, which is similar to traditional Chinese fabrics, smooth and elegant.
The room is spacious, and the sink faucet and bathtub accessories are perfect.
The tableware in the restaurant is also beautiful porcelain imported from the UK.
My father has difficulty walking, so the hotel also provides a wheelchair for free use during his stay.
Hygiene:
During the day, I saw staff cleaning the glass and the roof. Although there are many beige and light colors overall, it is visually very refreshing and clean. It fits the cool feeling of the building.
Service: Very good! Because it happened to be my father's birthday, the order was noted, and the housekeeper Xiao Huang made birthday decorations for my father's room, and it was not a tacky towel shape or anything, but a beautiful luminous light box and balloons. Because my father can't eat desserts, Xiao Huang also prepared low-sugar fruits.
When visiting the hotel, the tour guide Xiao Zhou (later I asked his full name Zhou Wenjing specifically for writing this article) took us to visit the hotel's artworks and introduced the source. He was very patient and careful. I met Xiao Zhou several times later and he was very enthusiastic. Because my father had difficulty walking, he borrowed a wheelchair from the hotel. Xiao Zhou and other hotel staff were very enthusiastic to help push the wheelchair or open the door. When my parents went to have breakfast, they also helped to pick up my father from the room to the restaurant and back to the room.
All staff will greet, and will take the initiative to lead if the route is not clear.
The restaurant service staff is also very good and diligent, and will quickly clean up the empty plates.
The front desk staff is also very professional. After booking the room, call to note the needs and then transfer to the restaurant, they will also quickly synchronize the information to the restaurant.
In short, I am extremely satisfied with the overall situation.
In addition, the restaurant is also very delicious and very appetizing.
Liangrang Farm is very large and it is very comfortable to walk around.
In short, I like this hotel very much. It is the kind recommended by many people around me.
Excellent
