It was nice to stop by the forest to buy something on the way. This was my second visit since last year, and I was very satisfied with the room and facilities. You can tour the two Eco Land stations for free until 4 p.m., and you can also ride the train at a discounted price at the front desk! The swimming pool is open late, which is nice! There's a lot to do and the view is pretty, so I think I'll have to stay for two days :) I had a great time~

I actually happened to stay at this hotel years ago!! Interesting to be back at the same place!
Though, 6 years ago, there was no folding table and noisy beach chair in my room. There was a simple coffee table and actual longer chair there. Plus, the bed was actually comfortable.
This time, however, the bed was extremely stiff and stifling. Also, it was very clear that no one ever cleans the windows nor the mirror in the bathroom. They are all foggy, grainy, and streaked. I definitely closed the blinds while I stayed there this time.
Interesting how different my experiences at this hotel were 6 years ago and just this past weekend. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures this time.

The hotel is located in downtown Jeju, close to Yeondong Pedestrian Street. It is very convenient for dining and shopping. It is only one stop away from the airport by taking bus No. 600. Air tickets are a bit expensive during the National Day holiday, but the hotel's price is very cost-effective. The room is not small, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Conversion plugs can be borrowed for free at the front desk.

It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

The rooms with balconies are okay. I asked the front desk to ask for balconies. The decoration of the rooms without balconies is a bit old. There is a Sammu Park bus stop at the door. It is very convenient to take a bus to Qixing Street and Dongmun Market. If you go to Hamdeok, you can take a taxi or take a bus. There is a sign at the station beckoning. The one with red letters is empty. Turn right when you go out. There are many shops and restaurants. The Shilla Duty Free Shop is 10 minutes away. There is an emart supermarket further ahead. You must visit it.

I was very satisfied with this trip to Jeju Island. I also recommend this hotel. Let me talk about a few things. First, the location of this hotel is very good. It is between Xingluo and Lotte. I don’t know if it is a black pork street on both sides of the hotel. Anyway, everyone eats black pork. I found a black pork buffet for 125 per person. I saw others bring drinks 🥤 and the store didn’t say anything. On the other side is the Health Road Pedestrian Street. Opposite is the Internet celebrity fried **. The local beauty store is just across the diagonal. There is everything.
Second, the hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off service. The hotel is only about 400 yuan. Ctrip orders a pick-up and drop-off for 300 yuan,,,,, You can pick up or drop off on a single day. The pick-up and drop-off are free for 3 days. Third, the hotel can store luggage. This is generally available. Koreans have a strong sense of boundaries. They can’t talk to themselves. They need to explain and get approval before doing anything. The hotel stipulates that check-in is 3:00. It’s 11 o’clock when you arrive at the hotel. If you want to check in early, you need to add 50 yuan per hour. We went to Lotte first. We ate fried chicken opposite the hotel. After a round of walking, it was 2:30. Then we went back to the hotel. I thought I would take a rest in front. I also asked if we could check in. The front desk was quite reasonable. They checked us in. It was not as rigid as the legend said. Secondly, the front desk greeted us when we entered and exited the hotel. It was very friendly. The location and cost performance are really high. I will go there again next time.

Facilities: The facilities are average
Hygiene: Not very good, the toilet and mirror in the bathroom are not clean, the mirror is dirty, and there are yellow spots on the toilet, which is not wiped at all.
Environment: It's OK, there are windows, the location is good, and there is airport pick-up
Service: I booked the hotel separately, with the same room type and the same name. I don't understand why we need to change to an identical room. We don't need to clean it, but the front desk said that the room can't be cleaned. I really don't understand. The funniest thing is that we came back the next day and continued to clean the two beds. One was stacked up and the other was directly spread on the pillow. It can be seen in two different ways. Did two people clean it?

JJoelhoonI recently stayed at Jeju Ollero Homestay and had a wonderful experience. The homestay is very homely, and the view is amazing. Despite being somewhat inaccessible to a lot of places, it is very convenient for traveling to the airport and Iho Teawoo Beach.The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One of my favorite things was sitting by the window, enjoying the beautiful view and the peaceful atmosphere.The nearby food was also a pleasant surprise. There were several great restaurants within a short distance, offering delicious meals that added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.Although it required a bit more effort to get to some attractions, the tranquility and charm of the homestay more than made up for it. Plus, having quick access to the airport and Iho Teawoo Beach was a significant convenience.Overall, I highly recommend Jeju Ollero Homestay for anyone looking for a cozy and scenic place to stay in Jeju. I look forward to returning in the future!

IIsti AnggrainiPleasant and Enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We could leave our luggage or bags at the lobby before check-in time. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Towels were clean and replaced daily. The hotel’s location is strategic, very close to the airport (approximately 18 minutes by bus) and various city bus routes pass by. We traveled by bus, so it was very convenient. It is a 4-minute walk to the laundry.

GGuest UserAs with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!

GGuest UserThe landlady, though couldn't speak even a single Engish word, was really friendly and supportive. The room and public amenities were all very clean and spacious. It's located in the center of Jeju city, 15 mins by bus from Jeju international airport, and you can find it right on the big road. You can walk to the markets, shopping malls, and lighthouses nearby. Really worth the money.

EEZN2014Nice expectations about Champion Hotel were playing on my mind when I landed in Jeju International Airport. However, I was sort of _ at a lost since there was no friendly and clear instructions from the hotel how to reach the place. An impatient response to my last phone call was .... ”no English” .... A staff from the airport information counter directed me to take bus number 365 and get off at Seomun traditional market stop. From there, it took me a long time to find 131, Namseong-ro street after asking help from some people. Finally, I reached Champion Hotel; and it was a relief to meet the owner who speaks English. Champion Hotel is a good place to stay transiently, but for me this property is not on a par with a homely guesthouse. A medium-sized double room with window was allotted to me. It was designed in a very basic arrangement; but the necessary items like fridge, hair dryer and kettle were provided. The bathroom was clean and with good water pressure. Good to mention that bottled drinking water was provided. The inclusive buffet breakfast consisted of soup, bread, butter, sunny side up egg and veggie salad. Hot coffee was available from the coffee dispenser machine. What I appreciated most was the effort of the hotel owner to arrange the Jeju city tour for two Indonesian ladies who suggested me to join them; and we had to divide the price of the tour among us three, consequently making it affordable. It was an unforgettable city and beyond the suburban areas tour. Big thanks to the owner and manager of Champion Hotel.

SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
