Solo is the girl, Having much more hospitality and true sense of service Serving someone the way they like the most difficult work and she has done it so well. We will visit the place again and thanking her for the way she treated us. It was a cozy stay .athe staffs are so humble and the rooms are also spacious.overall a good experience .pure veg restaurant of the hotel has great food.Navnit jha the mgr of the hotel was also prompt n cordial to help us during our stay.location of the hotel is also ideal has its on the NH and connects the market area just few mins away from it
From the Moment we stepped in i was shocked to see how down market the 5* Resort is. 1) No Vallet Parking, 2) While check in i had to give my booking information at the counter twice. I requested for an upgrade if possible. Which they did not cater nor they informed me was not done and just handed me over the keys.(Though it doesnt affect my review) 3) Room Lobby and foyer is not maintained properly and was dirty. Walking up and down the stairs i always saw their maintenance room open which is normally not the case in most 5 Stars. 4) While check out i requested a buggy which did not show up for 20 mins. 5) While Dinner yesterday i asked for a garlic naan, to which the server very bluntly denied ”included nahi he” i mean its just some garlic on normal naan. 6) While breakfast i ordered an Utapam and a Dosa. The Chef at the live counter served other guest who were in queue after me. I ASKED HIM WHY IT WAS SO and he said and i quote ”tamaro pela kari dau bas” meaning ”if you insist i will serve u first” in a totally rude and unmannerly behavior. Then i said serve me when u wish and sat on my table. The server brought the wrong order and i again had to get it changed. 7) The Dosa Chef used the same chutney bowl to serve the guests also his dosa spatula over and over made its way in the same chutney bowl. I mean why. Isnt that a Hygiene threat? Overall it was a total DISASTER. Maybe rethinking my choices for future stays for myself and my guests (As i am a travel agent)
GGuest UserI really liked that it was clean, neat and well organised. It was a comfortable room to stay in, just wished it had a fridge so it would have been more practical but it was a good, fun stay! there wasn't really a fridge in our room and i could hear the crying babies/children that were screaming next door (not sure what was happening) but it was quite loud and we could hear it from our room.
GGuest UserHad a good experience. Hotel located in proper market place. Restaurants/temples/shopping area everything at walking distance. Just one negative hotel restaurant pics are shown in the search but it's usually shut only breakfast is served rest the whole day it is closed.
Very poor experience. The propery is good but sadly not maintained at all. The first room that was given to us had window glass broken & AC not working. Upon requesting, we were given another room which had a super noisy exhaust fan, but we had to manage. The hotel mentions 24hours room service however it is not anything beyond paper. Its better that you buy some water bottles and tea sachets from the market outside because the room service team will visit only once a day (their day starts at 10:30) and help you with 2 x 500 ml bottles (in this heat). If you need to drink more, you would have to be at the mercy of the room service team & would have to keep trying to reachout to reception for service & if you get lucky, they would send someone. Overall all, a sub par stay experience at this hotel. At this pricepoint, you have better options. Thanks
GGuest UserExcellent. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Every time the experience is better and better. Highly recommend to all. Food is excellent and the hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative. Specially monika madam. She is very polite and helpful. Surely i will visit 4th time in near future.
