Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind.
Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was a strong odor in the lobby and the room. The facilities were old and broken. The people were all indifferent. The front desk said I didn't pay. I asked him to take a photo of the itinerary confirmation, but he said he didn't see the payment. I zoomed in on the paid page. Only then did he let me check in. I checked out the next day. They still said I didn't pay and kept arguing for a long time. I just wanted to get away quickly.

Food was delicious Must recommended The staff was cooperative ( satyaveer ) The ambience was good Overall, I can’t recommend ramada enough. The food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch. I will definitely be returning for more fantastic meals in the future. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem!

Nice stay excellent ambience all should come and enjoy the hospitality. And should honestly mention kajal who really assisted very nicely. Good stay awesome experience rooms food all great don't have to wait for a different hotel or ambience.

The rooms were clean and amenities were good. The food was good too at the breakfast buffet. The chef - Narendra, specially came to the table to take feedback of the taste. It was good hospitality on their end. The staff was amicable. Might visit again.
