I recently had the delight of staying at Izu Marriott, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Especially thank Roshan and the front desk team, who provide exceptional service to us.

I went to his birthday. Arrived early々, he was judged freely that he = foreigner = could not speak Japanese, and was told about the surprise birthday cake in front of him in Japanese perpetual. (I have called twice in advance about the cake) I asked him to present a residence card immediately after he was annoyed and belly. It was that the police instruction was issued, but it is sure that foreigners will feel very unpleasant. Providing a residence card at the inn ... It seems that it is not welcomed from the entrance. I think it would be good to ask the Japanese to present a license to explain it properly and become equal. I was very sorry for him. The lounge pass received had other customers' names written, and in the room along the river, only the sound of construction was heard all day, and the cake that arrived at AM the day before was eventually half frozen. The towels are only used by drying 1 sheets in the room. The meal is really not suitable for the price. The bath that I was asking to put in 24 hours at any time is cleaning the next morning. I was told to clean until 14 o'clock. Even if you try to go to the rental, it is said that the rental bath does not put any shampoo because it does not hurt the tree .... I wanted to say that color 々 in advance. It was very disappointing that the evaluation was high. I apologized firmly, but the special day was ruined. I hope you remember.

This is a Ryokan which has a very good reputation. For me, the stay is perfect and I will recommend this Ryokan. Even though you cannot value the location of the Ryokan, as Shuzenji is a very small place. The Rokan is right opposite to the bamboo forest, which is suitable for my personal view. However, you need to notice as it is close to the bamboo forest and near to the river, you will find many bugs here, especially at night. Don't forget to close the windows and doors. When you first arrive at the Ryokan, don't forget to take a photo of the board at the door as you can find your name on it. If you have a name that can be written in Kanji, you can even email them to let them write in Kanji. The Ryokan itself is large but the staff are very nice and friendly. They will introduce the whole Ryokan to you when you arrive and lead you to the most places so that you can find out the several Onsens and amenities' locations. I will recommend you to discover the Ryokan when you are free. The Ryokan even provides guided tours as most of the buildings here are cultural heritage. Moreover, the Ryokan will even provide umbrellas, so no worries when it rains. The English of Ryokan staff is not ideal, as you might be able to guess. If you can speak Japanese, I will recommend you to use Japanese. The food quality is very good and they will sometimes provide some very interesting dishes. For example, the lobster shell tempura, which shocked me at first but tasted not bad. I have mentioned Onsen before but there are a few more you might need to know. Since the hotel has a long history, you might need to take a shower in your room first then go to the Onsen in different places as there are no shower places in Onsen like other Ryokan. However, the onsen is very good so I will recommend you try as many as you can. Overall, the Rokan is expensive but absolutely worthy. I will recommend you to try it when you are free.

■ Location Take a bus (220 yen cash only) from Shuzenji Station and get off at Miyukibashi, 2-3 minutes. The other side across the new bridge along the Katsura River. About 7 minutes on foot from Shuzenji Onsen Station on the route bus. Large high-rise inn. The scenery might be beautiful during autumn leaves. ■Nearby Attractions We recommend going to Niji no Sato on a free electric bicycle. The bicycle was also made by Panasonic and was new, and it was powerful even on the slopes. You can get there in about 20 minutes. At Niji no Sato, you can enjoy steam locomotives and views of Mt. Fuji. Also, if you have a receipt for staying at Shuzenji Onsen, Niji no Sato will give you a 30% discount. ■ Room The room was spacious and the bed was set on tatami mats, so it was comfortable to sleep. It was nice to have a humidifier. ■ Meals Buffet style with a competitive number of items. If you are with children, you can enjoy it in an entertainment mood. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.

I suddenly decided to go to Numazu and made a reservation on the night of the day of my stay. I was confused because the entrance was a little difficult to understand, but the front desk was simple and clean and very beautiful. The room feels like an ordinary hotel, but the bath is amazing! I imagined a unit bath in an ordinary hotel, but the unit bath here is wide without a feeling of oppression, and it is partly wood grain and the design is nice. I thought it was a hotel made by Daiwa House. The price is not high, so I will definitely use it again next time I go to Numazu. The bath was a high score anyway. By the way, there is a corner with a microwave oven and vending machine on the top floor. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night! The station is close, and the parking lot (1 day 1000 yen) is also available, so the convenience is excellent.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

Hotel is near to the Mishima JR station (about 7-10 mins’ walk instead of the stated 3 mins) but it was at the opposite side of the station where all the eateries and amenities were. Could get really dark to walk from the station especially for the ladies.
Public bath/onsen was not bad but the outdoor pool was overhyped. There was a cold pool, sauna too. There are 2 massage chairs. Overall, an dated hotel that serves its purpose for a brief stay with tea and coffee dispenser in the lobby.
Hello This facility has hot spring facilities because it is by appointment only. Therefore, you need to apply in advance when you use it (refer to the front desk when you check in) . The usage time for each room is 1 hour exclusively for each room. At the same time, please note that the hotel rooms with room numbers (107) (106) (103) need to use the public bathing area because they do not have a separate shower room. In principle, only showers are provided. If you need to use the hot spring, please Confirm with the staff according to the instructions above.

I visited the hotel under the assumption that I could bring my pet along. However, I was told that the owner had changed and that the name was no longer ”伊豆ワン倶楽部” but ”伊豆One倶楽部. It's funny, the pronouciation is exactly the same!! Based on this TripAdvisor review, I visited Izu One Club, but the previous owner's ”伊豆ワン倶楽部” allowed pets, but not ””伊豆One倶楽部.”. We came all the way from Tokyo, but the owner insisted, ”We don't allow any pets. Furthermore, they told us that there had been people like us in the past who had mistakenly come to the hotel thinking that pets were okay. The interior design of the hotel also made us think that pets were okay. The hotel also has a cute cat strolling around, giving the impression that ”What? Pets are allowed in the hotel. But then they suddenly said, ”We don't allow pets in our rooms. He didn't say anything about pets being allowed on the Rakuten reservation site,” he explained in broken Japanese. He explained in broken Japanese, ”It doesn't say that pets are allowed on Rakuten's reservation site. 。。。。 It is true that ”pets are allowed” is not written anywhere, but there is also no sentence emphasizing that ”pets are not allowed” anywhere. In the meantime, I wondered if this could be the case. I was a little concerned, so I decided to call the day before, but there was ”no phone number to call”. If I could have at least called to check if my pet was OK, this would have been avoided, but I was very sad to hear this kind of response after driving more than 3 hours in traffic. I felt sad that I drove over 3 hours in traffic and was treated in such a way. If you are going to change your concept so drastically, why don't you stop giving it a confusing name ”Izu One Club” in the first place? I don't know if it is for SEO or what, but I hope that there will not be a second disaster like mine.

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes.
The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough.
Absolutely a encore accommodation.

Outstanding
GGuest UserFuji is beautiful in winter. In addition, the cherry blossoms bloom early and the warm weather makes it the perfect place for a trip to Nishiizu. Shimoda is also nearby, so you can enjoy a drive to Minamiizu. It's a pity that there are no large public baths or private baths at En, but if the weather is fine, you can spend a pleasant time. There are individual differences in food, but we enjoyed it. Deep sea fish are delicious.
TtekkannonThe room was large and the tatami mats were just changed or blue 々 was cozy with a good fragrance! The red leaves from the room were beautiful because it was a big window! It was very easy to spend not only seats but also some chairs to relax with the back. I chose to see the word of mouth and reputation of the meal in the magazine and the net, but it was honest that it was not as good as I expected. It may have been too big to expect, but it was very delicious about boiled food. It was also good that the dessert was luxurious in the plan. The rose trees々looking from the big window in the room were very clean as the autumn leaves were disturbed at a clean time.
GGuest User The first time we chose the back of the inn at Shuzenji Onsen, it was the Yukoro Kikuya. It is located almost in the center of the hot spring town of Shuzenji, and if you follow the prefectural road that runs through the northern bank of the Katsura River, there is an entrance to the inn, and there is a parking lot next to it. From the entrance to the main body of the inn, you will pass over the lobby built on the bridge over the Katsura River. Check-in is done on the sofa in this lobby, so you can see the Katsura River from just above the river. As the name ”Yu Corridor” suggests, many hot water areas are connected by long corridors. From those hot springs, I could see the beautiful garden of the inn. The dinner I was looking forward to was called ”Quasi Sakana Kaiseki”, and I was able to choose some dishes as I liked. We were two of us, and we dared to eat different dishes, but each dish looked beautiful and very delicious. Our accommodation plan was a plan to have draft beer free in the private lounge, so we had draft beer in the hot spring and relaxed.
--zzrpI chose Taizanso because of the high reviews. I enjoy eating, so the fact that the reviews for the food were good was the number one factor. Due to the corona sickness, all the dishes were lined up on the table except for rice and dessert. Originally, black rice was served last, but white rice was served as an appetizer. The black rice for dinner and wasabi rice for breakfast were delicious. I don't think this dish can be helped if it's a corona countermeasure dish, but I thought it was a very ordinary dish that was neither acceptable nor impossible. If the usual kaiseki cuisine is better, can I visit again? The public bath didn't feel smaller than I imagined (image from word of mouth). The quality of the hot springs is good to stay warm forever, but it doesn't seem to be free-flowing. Due to the corona crisis, the two large public baths are reserved until 22:00 and then become men's and women's baths. The bath in the ordinary Japanese-style room was deep and tiled, so I didn't feel the atmosphere. It was a room on the second floor, but I think it would be better for the elderly and those with disabilities to be careful about the stairs and the room bath. Free coffee and tea was very nice. I think that the customer service of the staff is good. The inn seems to have a history, but is it clean and incense? The scent of is also soothing. You can't see the view from the room, but it's close to the center of Shuzenji, so it's good for a walk.
神神游小哈The location is slightly biased, so there may be fewer foreign guests in the hotel, mainly locals. The view of the room is a selling point. It faces the sea from Mt. Fuji. The open air is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. There are not many places to stroll around and it is not convenient to not drive. The hotel's food is very good, it is a combination of Japanese and French, and the display is very beautiful. The service attitude is very good, that is, the overall English level is slightly poor, and the communication is slightly difficult.
Ssmall jessThe service attitude of the staff is very good. The buffet is served in the morning and evening. The long-leg crab is delicious before 7 o'clock in the dinner. The fish sashimi is very fresh and the other food is also very good. The rooms are clean and big enough.
