This is an excellent resort with perfect location for an immersive Japanese Ryokan experience. The Nepali person at reception was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are friendly. The Onsen was amazing with cave Onsen and outdoor Onsen. Breakfast was very good with many choices.

I was very bothered by the dust and moldy smell. There was a tub bath in the room, but the balcony was covered in spider webs, which was painful for me as I hate spiders. All the staff seemed to be foreigners, but they were very friendly. It's an old facility, so it can't be helped to a certain extent, but it was disappointing that there were several times when I felt it was too much. The bath was empty, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was more delicious than a bad buffet and I was satisfied.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. Being able to bathe in the hot spring whenever I want is the best thing. The price of the accommodation was very good value. There were many different kinds of sashimi for breakfast and dinner, and the tempura was warm and there was also grilled sweetfish with salt. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. The food and the room were excellent.

The location is very remote and you mainly see Japanese locals visiting. The view of the hot spring is as expected Breakfast and dinner are relatively simple buffet style. This time I rented a Japanese-style room, there was no shower room in the room. There is only a public place. There is one indoor and one outdoor women's bath. Private baths can also be rented. I feel that the staff will try their best to help. The facilities are a bit old and I have to use a key to open the door, but the basic experience is still good.

If you can stay at this price during the Obon period! I made a reservation. Please use the stairs when checking in as the elevator is out of order. said I wonder if it can't be helped. I was guided to the room, but it was a different room than the one I reserved! I called the front desk to change it, but [I was busy and made a mistake in the information. 】 and no apology lol I was guided to the original room I had reserved, but it was a room that I didn't use, and it was very dusty. I was surprised, but I gave up because it was this price and it could not be helped. It's been a long time since I've had a bad trip...sorry

I stayed for two nights. The hotel was old, but cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff were cheerful, and there were some problems with the WIFI connection on each floor, but it was solved after dinner by trial and error, which is common in foreign countries. On the first night, the buffet was mainly sukiyaki, sashimi tempura, matsutake rice, fried oysters, lasagna, mentaiko steak plate, dessert, ice cream, and many other things. On the second night, the number of people was extremely reduced, so individual meals were still the same, and there was nothing left, so we mainly had sukiyaki and steak. The hot spring was on the lowest level, by the river, and the view was not open, but I liked the sound of the babbling brook and the water did not smell of sulfur. The actual price was 1,950 yen per night, including bath tax. I used coupons to pay for golf and got souvenir wine, etc.

I visited in November, a little early for the autumn leaves, so I booked a suite room. It was in the mountains, with a river flowing next to it, and the rooms had been renovated, so it was very nice. However, unfortunately, perhaps because the building is old, the elevator was small, there were stairs to get to the bath, there was a limited selection of food, and one of the TVs shown in the photo had been removed. Also, the bath in the room was not high enough for children or the elderly to step over, so it would have been nice if there was a step stool or something. Other than that I was satisfied, so I gave it a good rating, and it is one of the inns I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.
