When we arrived at the site, the front desk told us that we had not received the order. We waited at the front desk for a long time, and finally swiped our card to check in. The location of the hotel is relatively desolate and there is nothing around. The breakfast may be because I am not used to foreign meals. I thought it was average and there was nothing to eat. There is free parking, the sanitation is decent, the room is not too new, but it's okay.

Pros: Location of the hotel is perfect! Right next to Pasaport Pier for the ferry, short walk to Konak in one direction and Alsancak in the other. Waterfront property but entrance is on main street behind. Closest metro stop is Çankaya very easy to find hotel from there. Rooms super clean and spacious and comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Have good advice on where to eat. I recommend Topçu just across the road! Due to ongoing building work and as they were full, they offered us a free late check out on our last day as we had a late flight. Would come back again next time I am in Izmir for sure!!! Cons: Not much I can say that I didn't like. Many channels on TV but none in English. Plug in the Jacuzzi didn't fit properly so had to keep foot on it to stop water draining. *only relevant if you are staying here very soon from now (end of sept to start of Oct) not sure how long it will last but there is renovations going on on 7th floor it's been completely ripped out. Lots of noise with drilling and hammering etc. We spoke to reception staff who got the workers to not start until after 10am.

The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

It's a pretty nice hotel. Easy to access and park my car which is very important for me. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was at the standard of a Hilton Garden Inn. Not much, not less.
The staff was friendly. The location is not suitable for walking travelers as nothing much around the hotel. But ideal for people driving.

Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Well done Radisson Park Inn Izmir! Well worth the stay!!!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out all staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, even if in some spots the carpet could use some replacement. It was always quiet for a good rest and sleep during day and night. We have also been to the rooftop bar, which is a little expensive but has a nice view. The gym room is actually quite well equiped, also with a good view, as it is on the top floor as well. The location of the hotel is nice, you can explore the nearby city center by foot and reach most of the city easily by public transportation including ferries. If you get a good price here, the hotel is definitely recommendable.

The hotel was stylish and beautiful, it had good night lighting. The inside of the rooms, the corridor and the lobby were very stylish and with a good design. The rooms facing the sea had a great view. The breakfast of the hotel was very varied and of high quality. The mini bar was good. The hotel staff were very nice and efficient and very cooperative. Check-in and check-out were done quickly. The quality level of the hotel was very high and it was a real five-star hotel. It had several pools and thermal pools that we could not use due to time constraints. There were good restaurants near the hotel. The only drawback of the hotel was the location of the hotel, which was located at the entrance of Izmir, and it was far from the center of Izmir and other sightseeing areas of Izmir, so you had to travel by taxi. In addition, the free shuttle to the city center and the airport had been removed for a long time. There was a very large hypermarket in the business center next to the hotel. In general, the hotel was very luxurious and excellent.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. Thank you to Maja, and to all the professional staff at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park!

The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

GGuest UserThe hotel's rooms were clean, modern with very good facilities on high quality, breakfast was perfect offer not super large in variety but so delicious.. this is definitely not what drove me to make this feedback, what was exceptionally outstanding was the team, I have never seen this class of genuinely welcoming team with natural level of personal attentiveness, started from the receptionist Dedma who checked me in and was so professional, then the concierge tea. Deniz Deperli that made everything possible to ensure on guest's satisfaction and pleasant stay, as well her colleague Gezia that was taking a look around during breakfast with best attitude and smile checking on guests satisfaction. Sorry for lengthening, but there was as well an unforgettable approach by one humble kitchen worker, I requested a grilled Haloumi cheese that she prepared with pleasure, and 2 days later out of all other guests, she recognized me and with me asking, she asked me and said ” sir, maybe you would like some grilled haliumi, not only that but she has the most natural & genuine smile when I said ” yes, thank you ” This is by far my favourite hotel stay experience in life. Well done Marriott Izmir management and congratulations for having such a passionate people in your team.

NNeilM2523Our family of five (with three teenage daughters) booked two rooms at the Extenso as a one night stay on arrival from Izmir airport. I made the reservation well in advance (DEC 2018) for October 2019 (half-term break) - it was perfect for us as we were then easily able to catch the train the following morning to Selcuk/Ephesus. Responsive e-mail correspondence. Very good price for a double and triple room (combined total of about £88 at the then exchange rate - about 7.35 TL to the £ - including breakfast). The rooms were modern, spacious and very clean - the hotel itself seems relatively new. The girls' triple room on the top floor was amazing, with a huge, wrap-around balcony. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful - one of the guys at the desk even drove us and our luggage round the corner to the IZBAN/Train station (very close anyway but a nice gesture). Especially liked the extensive breakfast - great selection. The main chef seemed super-proud of what was on offer and spent time helping my wife and daughters make choices regarding some of the unfamiliar food selections. Delicious and typically Turkish. The location is perfect in terms of being a literal, 5 mins walk from the IZBAN stop. You climb up the steps out the station and the Extenso is directly in front (albeit across a main road which needs navigating). This is a business hotel and is geared up for that type of clientele accordingly but this was absolutely not a problem for us. Noise-wise, the hotel is on a busy, main road and I guess it could potentially be a problem for light sleepers (if you prefer to sleep with the window open). However, we were fine. Overall, an excellent value hotel that ticked all the boxes for us - a great first night on our week-long trip in Turkey. Highly recommended.

2. The decoration style is European and classical, with many hanging paintings and an old-fashioned sewing machine from China.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the breathtaking private beach with its beautiful old-school umbrellas and sunbeds. The short walk to the beach pier was totally worth it as it provided a secluded and serene environment. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable retreat after a day of fun in the sun. The breakfast served was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to kickstart the day. And to top it off, the family-run restaurant nearby offered fantastic quality food at reasonable prices, making it a fantastic dining option. This hotel truly captures the essence of a perfect getaway with its private beach, attentive staff, and great amenities. I cannot wait to return for another memorable stay in the future!

OOnur AsilkılıçThe hotel is located in the centre but when you look out the window, you are in a struck-up between the building and you are not 3 metres. There is a parking problem and you can't even go in front of the hotel if you're just as much as the day of Sunday. The staff were very interested, but the room was very small. We stayed on February 5, and we were in a very terrible spirit since the earthquake was in the morning. We didn't remember how we left the hotel.

CChungking ExpressIt is very close to Izmir beach and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby. It is very convenient to eat in Asian restaurants. If you plan to spend a day in Ilmir, it is worth it. There is a sauna facility in the basement that can be used free of charge, and there is a swimming pool on the roof, but it is very small. This is a decent hotel for the price

LLUThe hotel is about 18 kilometers away from the airport. The advantage is that it is very close to the subway station. Basmane Station and the railway station are almost the same when you go out. It is more convenient to travel; from the hotel to the clock tower square Konak Meydani Kunak square can be walked, almost For 20-25 minutes, walk to the beach and turn left. It is about 810 meters from Havra Sokak Street and 1.15 kilometers from Ataturk Monument Republic Square; Saat Kulesi Clock Tower is almost the same. The city is also the center of the old city. The surrounding commerce is developed. There are small markets and restaurants for selling things. It is very prosperous. It is not far from museums, seaside pedestrian streets and other places. The hotel is considered to be a downtown area. The facilities are not new, but overall the price/performance ratio is ok, and eating around is also very convenient; the English of the waiters is not so good, the basic communication is OK, but the attitude is not enthusiastic; the breakfast is relatively simple in self-service, sometimes there are grilled vegetables The eggs are the kind that are made. It is no problem to eat saturated nutrition. Every day, seagulls come to walk and find food on the balcony. Some mountain views can be seen from the balcony.

GGuest UserLocation super. We arrived only for 5.5 lira from the airport by train directly (without transfer) in Basman. From there 5 minutes walk, very close. Interestingly, no one at the hotel knew that you could get directly by train)) From the hotel every day walked to the center. Breakfast was also good - several types of cheese, sausages, sausages, rolled eggs, coffee, tea, butter, jams, warm, torso, etc. The air conditioner worked well. Water was everywhere and free. The room was a teapot and coffee-tea was put every day. Every day cleaned the room, removed the garbage. Staff helped everything. Near a lot of cafes, it was possible to eat until 11th night for a normal price.

Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍
