The hotel have a lot facilities such as fitness restaurants, meeting rooms,etc. They are a good location too.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the seaside, grand bazaar and town. However, the hotel room designed is dated and bedroom is dark. Overall, the service and facilities is a 4 star hotel,

It was a nice hotel, with very nice team, the only pitty was comparing to the price we paid, breakfast was not included ...which was ashame Because the other hotels with the same level and price , has breakfast.

The facilities are old, the rooms are quite big, the breakfast is relatively simple, there is a small swimming pool, and the shower water temperature in the bathroom is unstable. There is valet parking.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. There is valet parking service, and parking is free. When leaving, the car was driven to the hotel entrance. We booked a double room and added a folding bed for the child. No deposit was required when checking in. Overall, it was good, but of course it was not as good as the Renaissance Hotel in China.

All employees are extremely attentive and do their jobs with a smile. This made us happy. Orel location is very good and easy. It is extremely suitable for urban business and tourism travels.

Overall, it's at the level of Renaissance, just average. The breakfast is good, the restaurant staff is very friendly, and the room is big... (The hygiene is a bit sloppy, just okay, can't be checked in detail...) The location is good, very close to the beach, and it is recommended to walk to the clock tower and other places. You can go to the train station to go to Iphesus, which can also be reached on foot. The front desk service is really average... But the whole city of Izmir left a very good impression on me, so after comparing it, I think the front desk is not good...
