The sea view is beautiful, and the room decoration is old-fashioned. When we checked in, they happened to be decorating the main hall. You can choose if you like retro culture! Overall it's good, but I like the modern style.

Great hotel with great hospitality. A lot of the amenities were closed because of the season, although advertised as in season until November. A bit far from places and sometimes a queue for a taxi. Food is very expensive but expected for the class of hotel. Options quite limited. Great breakfast!

I arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning, and said that the room I booked would be checked in in the afternoon, and the lower floors are available now, so of course I checked in first. It turned out that the room was a little smaller than before, without a bathtub. overall is very good

There are many shops in the surrounding area, different supermarkets are also very convenient (lamb chops, steak, chicken, bread are fresh and cheap), dining, coffee, and tea are very convenient. Amazing! I am a female sojourner in Istanbul for four days, if you are worried to travel alone this is the place to be! Super nice staff, amazing food (Nobu is famous Japanese cuisine) I tried spa, all restaurant, and the breakfast is superb over 5star (they do provide champagne for breakfast) Bed are huge; showers are great, a bit hiccup for the shower floor flooding but they manage to solve it. For taxi, pls book in advance with concierge so no more hustle from hotel to airport (45mins ride)

Excellent location. Walk to T1 train and access all famous places of interest. Staff and services are great too. The room was clean with everything we needed (free umbrella when it is rainy). The only small problem is the door of the shower room did not close completely, leaking a little bit of water every time we took a shower. It probably should not have such a problem for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is great in location, cleanliness, but I had an incident where the room cleaner stole a fine sunglass from the room, where we discovered that after room service (the glasses was old and we didn't give that attention and we don’t want to ruin our enjoyable trip to Turkey). I sent a private complaint email to the hotel reservation after I left the hotel as I didn't want to raise the issue at checkout, just wanted to highlight this issue to hotel management to avoid such indecent in the future with other guests. But unfortunately I didn't get any reply on my email, which I coincide unprofessional from a reputed name like the Westin, that’s why I mentioned it on this website.

This hotel was perfect. Exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect as it’s across from Taksim Square and the metro; it’s also a short walk from HavaIst, the paid shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel is in a very safe location. The rooms are clean and have all the needed amenities. They even add a nice touch, like a bag of dried fruit & natural loose leaf tea in the rooms. The customer service was great: they called every evening to see if I needed anything. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to get 1-2 more exercise machines in the workout room (lat pull down and smith machine as example). I will be back and will recommend to others too.

Most of the front desk had done marvelous helpful and friendly services. First, they gave us a room where facing the main busy noisy road, then we requested them to change ro the quite one, and they did a great job. Location is a very convenient from taksim Square and business center area. Meals for breakfast & dinner are variety and good. Without doubt, I definitely recommend this hotel for your holidays 👌
