This hotel is really bureaucratic and rude. I made a reservation 3 times because of misunderstanding when I was traveling with my husband. But when I realized that I had placed an order, I tried to cancel it, but there was no response. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we would not return the money we had already taken from our credit account for 3 rooms for 3 nights with 6 breakfasts. Also, we took the money and said with a laugh that it's not my problem if you don't come in. It is 10/-10 if you really appreciate it, it is not service like the actions taken by the employees who are very greedy and have no relationship. Please don't hurt the tourists by your greed anymore

Very nice hotel. Everything was absolutely fine. We asked for the late check out and our request was accepted with a lovely smile.All the staff were great and eager to help. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Istanbul.

The refused to bring for us tea and they asked us to do it , it is not 5 stars hotel
There is no car parking service you must park your car by your self , in my opinion it is a good 3 stars hotel

There are bedbugs in the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. It’s been 10 days now and I still have acne marks and itchiness all over my body. I have nightmares.

I haven't slept all night, I've been listening to the door closing sound in the hallway, and there are people calling the front desk in the middle of the night, so why don't you come to the spa, and the extra charge is more than double the normal hotel price. I don't want to stay at the hotel for free next time
