The only nice thing about this hotel is the pictures on the web. We were offered a room in the basement which smelled awful and was dirty. We left the following day after my worst hotel experience ever. We booked into Aprilis Gold Hotel nearby. Very nice and trip was saved.

Booked a room here, worst design ever, it looks nothing like the photos, you will be catfished. Stayed 2 days and had enough, the staff especially RISHAT were extremely rude and threatened to kick me and my Mom out just because there were 2 drunk ladies above our room and we complained about the noise They put us in the room next to a restaurant we got woken up everyday 7:30am by the cook and by all the guests who kept coming in and out, the lifts are so old and noisy, the rooms are like paper thin walls you can hear absolutely everything. This country is beautiful but the people are greedy for money and dont look after it, the staff at the reception are so stuck up dont smile dont say hi, you need help they dont give you, instead like Rishat did to me we got shouted at. Stay away from this hotel this is a very very very bad hotel, Unclean showers, rubbish breakfast, you get salami bread tomatos for breakfast the same things no cereal no toast or even milk its horrible, I wanted a refund but they did NOT give it to me. Stay clear of this hotel NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE HORRIBLE UNHELPFUL STAFF

This hotel is not for family it’s only for single people and couples, their rooms is very small is outdated hotel, room service who they clean the rooms they’re very nasty and not clean, they don’t change linen, they don’t change blankets, they barely put some paper towel and towels, staff is very good they’re the most great staff I’ve ever met in my life, hotel is close to everything is in very good area, but unfortunately it’s not for a family, breakfast is bad as well. No parking space at all.

The most disgusting hotel. The only plus of this hotel is the view of the sea from the room. Terribly dirty rooms, disgusting breakfast. Third time in Istanbul, I have never seen such horror. Fortunately, we were only in this hotel for two days. I couldn't stand it there anymore.

Apart from the location, there is nothing positive to say about this hotel! We booked the hotel for 5 days and left after 1 hour. I have never seen anything so disgusting. Even though the bed linen was "new", everything was covered in hair and stains. Towels stink, bathroom - toilet seat full of urine, shower cubicle full of limescale stains. Down at reception we had a strange feeling... we were given a room with a window, the window was so dirty that you couldn't see the other side of the street... think twice about whether you want to put yourself through that, or whether you should pay a little more and go somewhere else! If you use the stairs, BE CAREFUL, danger of slipping as they are cleaned wet!

We rested at the hotel with a friend. After arrival, we arrived and found the hotel quickly, friendly staff greeted us at the hotel and we quickly checked into our room. After leaving our things and receiving detailed instructions on where to go and how to get there from hotel employee Reshad, we went for a walk. Reshad not only described everything to us, but also told us everything in detail about Istanbul. He even suggested how to buy a travel card. Special thanks for such a warm welcome, all guests are greeted with a smile. There are two tram stops near the hotel, we could easily get to the places we wanted and planned to visit. The day after our arrival, we walked around the main attractions of Istanbul, which are within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has the best and most convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the view from the terrace is simply magnificent. I would also like to note the hotel’s Wi-Fi, which worked flawlessly even in the room. We definitely recommend the hotel. We hope that we will soon return to this hotel and to these wonderful people who work in it, and we will definitely have breakfast again on the terrace with a beautiful view.

Thank you very much Kurban)) we vacationed with our young man in September! We chose a room on the ground floor, without a window. Without even seeing it! Kurban helped solve this problem. I changed it to another number without any questions. At the hotel you could book excursions and change money. The location of the hotel is superb. Right in the center. Everything is nearby. Breakfast was also included in the price. Breakfast is very ordinary. Everything was delicious and standard) The hotel terrace deserves special attention. There is incredible beauty there. Gorgeous views. I really enjoyed my holiday in Istanbul. We will definitely come again!

I purchased a three-night package in Istanbul through edrems where the hotel was included. We were well received but the problems appeared when they showed us the rooms in the basement without ventilation, with a musty smell and old, damaged furniture. The fabrics were old and full of stains. We proposed paying something more for minimally decent rooms but they said it was impossible and that the travel agency had made this type of reservation. The employees became rude and had a violent verbal initiative when we pointed out the poor housing conditions. As soon as we saw that it was impossible to change rooms we decided to look for another hotel and leave this one without delay. A few meters away was the zem hotel where we were treated with excellence in all aspects. The art city hotel was the worst experience I have had to date.

We came as 3 people, it was a small room for 3 people. The staff is very good. They were very helpful in everything. They explained the places to visit and how to go. Generally, it was July when we first went. Then when they came to clean they were just making the bed. The food was not very tasty, it was average

Zero maintenance. Dirt throughout the hotel. Dirty room with incredible views and horrible mattress. The only good thing is the location allows you to go to the most important places on foot. Horrible breakfast impossible to eat. Not recommendable.

Horrible hotel, dirt, gray rags instead of towels and bed linen, no cleaning at all, the doors to the balcony don’t close, there’s mold everywhere, there’s a stench, you can’t touch it, there’s a feeling of disgust everywhere, the breakfast is disgusting, it’s simply not there, the dishes are dirty , boiled egg, bread and tomatoes, coffee, tea is not possible to drink, I have never seen a worse hotel in my life, don’t repeat our mistake, don’t book this syavushnik for any money!!!!!!

Good hotel for your money. Good location, everything is within walking distance. Friendly staff. Everything you need to take a shower, spend the night, have breakfast, and charge your cameras. There are some shortcomings, but this is a three-star hotel!

. I have never had such a traumatic experience in my life. Horrible staff. A horrible room one meter from reception. Noise constantly. We couldn't sleep. An argument at midnight woke us up. A mother had just arrived with her disabled daughter. Except that the hotel was absolutely not authorized to receive this kind of person. Result: they insulted him and we banged on the wall because the gentlemen were angry. The height of it!!!!They are upset and angry... a breakfast OF!!!YUGHY!!!TIRED!!!! We had just asked to change rooms, it ended in a general argument and the police came. The police saw clearly that they were at fault but did absolutely nothing. We had to change hotels and obviously we were not reimbursed. To run away to run away TO FUIIIIRRRRRRR!!! Rated 3 stars, I assure you that at least 5 are missing. A cellar! This hotel should be destroyed. Completely defective wall electrical outlets, broken hair dryer with which we could have been electrocuted. Disgusting fridge. There is so much to say.... in short: RUN AWAY!!
