Excellent stay, and friendly staff, food was excellent, hotel was clean and tidy

The hotel was so clean and near the sea but our room ac was not working and they tried to fix it the whole day and they were so polite and by the end of the day they gave us another room until they fix it

everything was ok. expect small gym room ok breakfast is ok and the staff are friendly

Great hotel! Good location and nice people

The hotel itself is new, clean, modern. But there are some nuances. If you like to go to bed before 23.59, then this will be problematic. There is a large open event area on the hotel grounds. Out of three nights, two nights there were events until 24.00 at night. The noise is so loud that the walls shake (I'm not kidding) The breakfast is extremely poor. We were especially "lucky" to come for an early breakfast during the swim across the Bosphorus. There was one person working in the hall and one in the kitchen. There is no food, the tables are not cleared. In short, I have not seen such disorganization for a long time. I recommend the hotel only to those who walk until late at night and have breakfast after 10.00 (there is a cafe nearby) Overall, I am rather dissatisfied with the hotel

Unfortunately, the behavior of the reception staff is very bad. The rooms are clean. Parking is okay

The hotel is new and clean. When cleaning the room, they did not take out the trash, did not add hygiene items and did not replace towels, they asked to do this, they did it. The Premier/Premium room is spacious, but the bathroom is small and the door opens directly onto the toilet, it’s very easy to get hit in the forehead))) we had previously asked for a Lunch box, since we had an early check-out, but they forgot about us) they called and they brought it.

Such a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the Bosphorus bridge. They have excellent customer service especially from Neslihan, Ayhan and Burak during breakfast service! Definitely going to come again when we revisit Istanbul next year :)

We have reserved a room in this hotel for our wedding night. We went to check-in to our room around 1am. Hotel staff did not check us in as I did not have a physical ID with me. My husband had his driving license and they said they will only check him in (how weird is that)! I explained them saying that I did not want to carry my passport on my wedding day and if they let us check in we can ask someone from the family to bring the physical ID in the morning. We were so tired and wanted to have a nice sleep. They still said no and they were so rude!! Can you imagine me in my wedding dress discussing with them different options just to check in to my room. At the end they did not check us in and the day after I contacted ******* and requested the refund. Hotel declined our request and they did not say anything about physical ID. They were not transparent and they said we passed their check-in time and they marked us as "no show" and cannot refund us any money!! How unprofessional!!

We are here for almost one week for vacation, there breakfast service it is so good and mr umutcan and ms nesliha take good care of us they asked for re feel whatever we finished 3-4 time and the manager mr dogukan everyday look after us and he make sure that we got what we need I Recommend this hotel for having nice and tasty breakfast

All i can say is the restaurant was amazing, the umutcan waiter is really nice , friendly, can speak English very well , i love the food which they served there, the dogukan chef is really nice and has good behavior , totally i can say everything was so good and lovely , sure you gonna like it .

Breakfast on the terrace is amazing . i would like to special thanks Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Sercan , Mr Dogukan and Mr. Umutcan for making this enjoyable . They took great care of me , this may be reason why i choose this hotel again :) Thank you for everything guys .
