Yellow Mansion

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as my recent stay at Yellow Mansion Istanbul, Turky was nothing short of a disaster. My 5 nights stay turned into a living nightmare due to a complete lack of basic amenities. No Power, No Water, No Peace: The most significant issue was the prolonged power outages. For two entire days, the hotel was plunged into darkness. This meant no air conditioning, no lights, and, most importantly, no hot water. Inaccessible Reception: To make matters worse, the hotel reception is always outside the building and he look the main door. This meant that guests had to wait for the receptionist to arrive and open the door for them. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially during power outages when guests needed help. Unacceptable Conditions: The overall condition of the hotel was also ruthless. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider. This hotel falls far short of providing the basic amenities and comfort that guests expect from a decent accommodation. My experience was so terrible that I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
