We recently stayed at Hotel Hillview Islamabad with our group of 153 people and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's spacious rooms and suites accommodated our group comfortably, with extra mattresses provided for those who needed them. The staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly, with a special mention going to Mr. Zia, the Front Office Manager, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. From arranging for extra towels and pillows to helping us coordinate our group's schedule, the service was top-notch. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were also a hit with our group. We enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet and appreciated the convenient location, which made exploring the surrounding area a breeze. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and prompt. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Hillview for group stays, its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities make it an ideal choice for any group looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Daily, someone from housekeeping enters the room after knocking if there is no response. Laundry requests that we hang clothes outside when given, but they do not hang them when received. Additionally, if you are not in the room, they will take the clothes back without hanging them.

Miss muskan khan on reception was very welcomed staff and take care of guest very well with good smile and behaved professionally, food was good and desert was also prepared very well, nice ambiance and comfortable seating arrangements overall good experience.

The interior is perfect, amiabnce of hotel is attractive and cozy. Lighting in hall needs to be improved. Menu should be revised, and add some healthy food specifically in vegetables. There should also be a sugar free deserts. Ms. Lubna - Restaurant Manager

Overall best services being provided by the Restaurant Manager and her subordinates. She has a clear authority over her subordinates and she deals so nicely with customers. It was a great exposure and experience with team Hill-view Hotel Islamabad.

This hotel rates better than average. The rooms here are large and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have two chairs to relax in. The bathrooms are in need of upgrading. The shower head and faucet in particular need replacing as does the bathtub. That said, you can get a perfectly acceptable shower here. The aircon is very noisy so best bring earplugs. The breakfast is acceptable although rather repetitive. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
