The food here is crap. Super expensive and crap. Room service food is a joke. I swear pizza from the grocery store tasted 10x better but yet i paid 30 dollars for it. They said they will take it off the bill. Come check out, the manager Uriel, said he can't take it off the bill. He can only give 50% because there is no report. I asked him to talk to the two people I spoke to (the guest service and the room service guy that I dealt with) but he said he's not WILLING TO. He can, but he's not willing to. URIEL THE MANAGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ****. "I can contact them but I'm not willing to" is his exact words. I paid for pizza that litterally tasted like cardboard. I can buy grocery store frozen pizza and microwave it snd it would taste better than their room service overpriced pizza. Also paid about 800 Canadian a night for holidays. Thought there would be better food than this

It's a decent hotel, the environment is good, but it's still inconvenient to stay away from the hotels in the 7-character area, the distance is quite far! It is inconvenient to take a taxi, and the taxis parked at the door are very expensive! ! !

Loved Everything about this Hotel ! From the first day to the very last ! We stayed 5 days during spring break with our kids everyone was so attentive , our housekeeping was just great it was freshened up everyday, they even folded our Laundry which we didn’t expect, the pool was great hot tubs , breakfast ,the spa ! They had valet parking for us as well ! Check in check out was super fast and easy ! One of the best places we’ve stayed at !

too much expensive for the all-included. we had to use Uber to go to supermarket and get food to eat. the beach is far from the Hotels zone and the sea water is not clear and you can't see where you are stepping when you walk

This resort offers wonderful dining options, generally friendly staff, lovely pools, and comfortable rooms. It was worth the money spent for a lovely week. Some opportunities include efficiency of the front desk and improvements to the tipping system. For the latter, they ask you to sign after each drink, each meal, in order to encourage additional tipping. Would have much rathered tip cash and be able to leave without waiting for a cheque.

our stay was fantastic! the staff were incredibly welcoming, and our rooms were spacious, and clean (the hammock was the highlight). the resort's facilities were top-notch, and making it the perfect place to relax.

Rooms are gorgeous, loved the kitchen in the single bedroom King Suite. Pools are gorgeous. Only downfall was the music was too loud for our liking in the afternoons by the pool. Loved the quieter evenings in the pool though.

Restaurants are next to impossible to get a seat at. Buffet was comparable to most truck stop buffets. For what a person pays to stay here they should have better access to dining

The location is fantastic, the resort is beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Management needs to improve room service. They haven't completed our request to refill sugar, water bottles. Dishwasher broke and leaked water in the kitchen, living room. Having pregnant wife in the room with this water leak issue can't be accepted. It took them 3 attempts to fix it and they finally fixed it in the night disturbing our 1 whole day. Overall good stay! Other facilities in the resort are great and staff greet us warmly and beach maintenance is great

Resort grounds and staff were fantastic. The location was isolated from offsite restaurants, shops, attractions. The beach was limited in both directions with a big dock on the left and grass and jungle growth to the right. It is a great location if you want to simply stay at the resort. Not so goo if you want to walk to local shops, restaurants or attractions.

The best hotel ive stayed my entire life! If i could give 101 stars, i would! The entire staff went above and beyond!!! They are really the best. I would definitely go back to this hotel with my family and friends.

Our family had the best time , all the people that work there were absolutely great .( Santiago David and the 2 other ladies from activities) are incredibly ,bar thender by the pool unbelievable. We would definitely go back to this resort.

The property is beautiful! The food was terrible! Not a place for foodies.
