When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. Very satisfied with a stay experience, it can be said that the 26-day Chile trip has the best service: The front desk told me that I can eat at the restaurant listed on the hotel's QR code with the room card. The meal fee can be counted into my membership card and points (of course not Trip.com card). It is very convenient to practice. After eating steak, the restaurant does not need me to sign and turn around to leave. The trust between each other is full! The hotel's free breakfast is very rich! I gave me the highest floor room with corner glass windows, and the sea view was unobstructed! Too satisfied, stayed for another day
