The hotel is well located near the Padang and a few minutes from old town. The staff was very courteous. Nice view of the city from the 12floor reception area. The hotel and the rooms are very neat and clean. The hotel lacked facilities like a gym or pool. Moreover there is a charge of you need extra pillows (rm 5.40). No hand towels provided in the bath rooms.

It's our extended stay actually without knowing that Kek Lok Tong and Xin Ling Cultural Village had closed. Anyway, the hotel parking is very limited and on first come first serve basis. For smaller or sedan car, there's a double decker parking while for taller cars, we gotta park by the entrance slope. The guards services were good and all guards were very friendly.

The room is clean, and the shower has good water pressure. However, the parking bay is limited and quite narrow.

Location was great, service was excellent. All staff were attentive to our needs. Only let down was the non availability of ala carte meals at night from the hotel kitchen.

The hotel has a great location, close to restaurants and street art. We stayed in a room on the 10th floor with a good view on the park.
The downsides were the unpleasant smell of sewage from the bathroom, the cleaning was mediocre, there was no refrigerator.
Otherwise, the hotel corresponded to the description for its 3 stars. If you are looking for a hotel to spend the night in, this hotel might be your choice.
