Stayed in Dec 23 in a suite. Loved the corner room with the most amazing views from both windows. Small kitchen area was well equipped, although we only used the kettle. Excellent bathroom with great shower. The only issues we had was the self check at 3pm, as it didn’t allow for us to leave our luggage anywhere and the huge pendant light that was too low in the room, hazardous. Would definitely recommend though and would stay here again.

Brand new, very stylish, and lots of little touches. Quality bathroom, bedding, lighting etc. To be fair, you'd struggle to self cater on a single ring, and barely any work surface, but fine for coffee, breakfast etc. Oh, and they managed to mess up check in, but I think that's just a one off. Good location. No 10 and 11 are above the bar so might be noisy, but not when we were there, and they've clearly invested in soundproofing. Part of very small restaurant group, so assume they have an incentive to keep up standards.

To begin with, the photos have nothing to do with reality, the river I don't know what room it will be, we booked two and that is nowhere to be seen, on the ground floor there is a bar owned by the owners with noise and more noise with a simple coffee for breakfast at more than 4 euros, here there is no closet or kitchen or microwave or television, entrance full of cigarettes and other things, all for the "modest" price of 189 euros per room, the worst on my trip through Germany and Austria.

Top modern, renovated apartments in the center of Innsbruck with a view of the typical row of houses on the north bank with the Nordkette as a background. Self check-in is easy, everything is well labeled, rooms are well equipped with a small kitchen if you stay at home. You can get breakfast in the market bar or in a nearby coffee shop. The furnishings are very valuable and tasteful. Everything worked when booking, checking in and checking out and if you have any questions you always get an answer very quickly. I can only recommend it, I will come back.

A bit of a disappointment, nice place, welcoming like the staff, but instead of hot chocolate they bring milk and marshmallows, they also put a piece of iron in front of the sockets to avoid charging phones, the glasses look like ashtrays.
