The way of arrangement done by Mr Amit specially a Gazebo decoration, food services, personal attention and personal care provide us a feel like special guests. We always be visiting the same property with a same type of staff. All girls staff were also very cooperative. Will visit again soon

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. The property and amenities were excellent. Overall great experience

Stayed at the property for 1 day with family. Location and view for the property is very good. We stayed in Executive Suite rooms and that was very good. Food is also very good but service at the restaurant is super slow and needs to be improved in big way. Water park also well maintained but just observed staff in water rides are always on mobile and don't care properly.

The property is vast and beautiful. It is well maintained. We booked a family suite and the rooms were big and clean. The view from the room was awesome. One side the mountains and the other side the water park. The checkin was smooth , adarsh and Rohit were very helpful and always checked on if the stay was comfortable. At the jazzuci Mr Ankit and team were very cooperative and helpful At the shack the bar I would like to specially thank Mr Amit Jha who helped us in a medical emergency. My son was vomiting and having diarrhoea too. As the chemist was a 6 to 7km away, Amit helped us by sending Radhe to get the medicine. Even the next day Amit was there to assist in our breakfast. The breakfast and food is tasty. Overall a great and wonderful experience with a very good staff.

It was very nice experience with crescent resort ...Rooms and services are fabulous...food is little problematic in taste and quantity..spa,pool and other activities facilities are excellent.. Need to look after customer pick up and drop facilities from the Indore City..It should needed as ressort is located at very remote place..if someone is not with their own vehicle then it is difficult to travel ..Peoples asking anything costs to drop only for 15 km... management should think on this...peoples are adviced to go crescent if you are with your own vehicle otherwise you would be in trouble for travelling as no/difficult to find any kind of public services/private services
