The service isn’t bad but there’s certainly room for improvement on delivering stuff and the requirement of wearing swim caps at the pool. They could hire more bellman for the airport hotel and there is certainly more that they can do in improving communications. Weekends are very busy.

It was super close to terminal 1 and I had thumbs up from all family members who are quite fussy when it comes to hotel.
Although we stayed in East tower which is older building, still clean and spacious, amenities are limited due to government restrictions but we had our own so it was not an issue. We booked for 4 including 1 child. But they only provided 3 towels, and 2glasses etc not quite equipped for 4 sadly. Bu

Informed hotel that it was our honeymoon and wife's birthday. Not expecting much but no "extra" service was done. Booked a single bed room and was given room.with 2 beds, when I had the room ls switch our new room seemed a bit more dated. Rated as a 5 star but rooms were standard to a holiday inn/best western.
Was a good place to stay for the Ultra Korea festival,, and we did find 4 x four leaf clovers in a single patch around the hotel.

Hotel is quite good. Didn't try the breakfast, only the lounge bar Vy in East tower but it's very empty on Sunday a bit dodgy. Had a simple Ceasar salad and a beer. Salad was so-so, the beer was good (draught Cass).
Location is good if you need to get flight early morning. From hotel to Terminal 2 (Korean Air etc..) took more than 20min by their shuttle bus. So it's not super near, don't expect 5min ride!
Beds are comfortable.

Due to flight delay, we miss the last hotel shuttle, luckily we connected to airport Wi-Fi and ask family oversea to call the hotel and inform them we arrived and are waiting for our luggage also tell them we miss the last shuttle and this is our first time in Seoul we don't have the local currency, the front desk tell us we can go to the 3rd fl gate 12 for the airport shuttle or taxi and pay with visa, and she also said the latest check-in time will be 12:30, after that will result no show, but she didn't tell us that shuttle will drop you off at a subway station and there's no phone or Wi-Fi connection to contact the hotel for pick up, we waited over 15 mins in cold and rain at the station and finally around 11:00 something a lady walk out from the station and we ask for her help to call the hotel to pick us up, Thanks her!!
Just imagine, We are stressed, hungry, wet and tired and they give us a room at the old Wing that have to walk a long way.....sign....
My suggestion for the front desk, do not assume all your guests know they have to make a call to the hotel to pick them up and all of them have local phone or data Sim, since you know your guests arrived and there's raining outside with cold weather at late night, you can send someone to the station and wait for them in advance.

The room was nice and spacious, breakfast was excellent (though I have had an even better one in the Sofitel in Thailand.) The gym was first class, but the pool was too crowded. Most importantly, the hotel accepted my request for a late checkout, so I had time to enjoy the gym.
