Staffs were kind, was clean there is a gym if you want to workout.
It's close to the airport,
lots of restaurants in walk distance. Safe and nice vibes.
There is also one supermarket on the B1.
Will visit again!

Breakfast is quite okay but not that good.
Plugs are on top of your pillow (it is unsafe to sleep with that).
Few small mosquitos.
The shampoo/body wash makes your hair and skin super dry.

I do not suggested English speaking person stay in this hotel. The front desk lady does not speak English. Also from hotel to airport, don’t order taxi from front desk, the front desk said taxi cost is 33000 wan. But Uber to airport only cost 21000 wan. Not friendly hotel.
Elevator is very slow. There is 0 service.

We recently stayed at the Royal Emporium Incheon Airport, and while the location was a bit further from our intended destinations than we would have preferred, the quality of the rooms more than made up for it. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. The overall comfort and modern amenities provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Only complaint I would say is that there was this employee lady who wouldn't let me use the microwave at all downstairs in the E-mart. She fought me for it, but management told her off. Watch out for that crazy lady!
Despite the minor inconvenience of the location, we found our experience at the Royal Emporium Incheon Airport to be very positive. The excellent accommodations and attention to detail made our stay memorable, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

TV was not working. I can see dust all around the room. only the bathroom was clean.

1, Location is good, good view for ocean
2, No internet sometimes and can’t charge laptop and cell

Near to sea and seafood restaurants. Windy at night. Comfortable stay. Free shuttles to incheon airport only starts 6am and last bus best before 10pm. For those need to catch early morning flights recommend to book taxi in advanced.

Good hotel with many food places close by. Small emart24 downstairs. Free shuttle transfer to Incheon Airport which only took about 20 minutes. Mike from the reception is very helpful with all questions one might have. Clean rooms, spacious enough for a short stay. If you have a premier room you also get a nice sea view.

The hotel front desk staff were very helpful.The airport up and drop off service is not bad. However, the pick up and drop off is to terminal 1 only. So, if your flight is at other terminals, you are fresh out of luck. Also, the operating times for the shuttle are very limited. So if your flight comes in after 10pm, you have to find an alternative means of transportation to the hotel . It was very disappointing that this was the case. Also, with respect to food availability, there is a restaurant and small convenient store in the basement. The food selection is very limited as to what you can get. Overall, my experience with this hotel is above average.
