I was bothered by the noise from my neighbors.

Seems clean. Nice with the big TV with Netflix. Good washroom

There is no elevator, so people with a lot of luggage need to think about it. The sound insulation is very poor, so pay attention to the volume. The location is in Chinatown, not far from the subway station, but the uphill slope is steep. There are convenience stores and a lot of food nearby.

Cheap is the hard truth, value for money

Excellent property and owner is fantastic. Has everything you need and is close to Chinatown.

Some of the interiors are older in the common areas and rooms, e.g. older carpet or paint, but everything is very clean in the room and the bathrooms are new and beautiful. They also have great amenities like hair dryers and straighteners that were much appreciated. The location is very convenient. It is a short walk from the subway, Jayu Park, Chinatown, Simpo Sijang, many restaurants, and the local shops. The staff does not speak much English but they made every effort to answer questions and communicate to the best of their ability. With a little help from a translate app, I was able to sort out any question I had.

The front desk doesnt speak english which made checkin a little difficult and upon arrival, the room smelled like cigarettes. Overall our experience was below average, not worth the price it was posted for but location was good as it was next to chinatown for exploring.

Handsome

The owner was very kind! There were restaurants, prop shops, cafes, and museums nearby, so there was a lot to see and the prices were cheap. However, because it was an old building, hygiene was a bit disappointing.

The man at reception was very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.
