I have booked for my family and friends 3 rooms, 1 in trip.com for my father and additional 2 rooms u der *********** to my sister and friends. We like zuri on sense of family friendly and its location. The price has a bit difference from its site, and the two apps. By the way this is at least 5 times we stayed here for 2 years. The only complaint we have at this time is the cleanliness, specially the food. There is cockroach on my brothers soup, he already partially consumed. He handed over to the kitchen staff, they also immediately get the food from the buffet as to my brother. Though minimum could be atleast someone will come over for apologies. Nada. Seems service protocol is not in place for 4 star hotel. We always like the local spread of breakfast buffet here. Apart from those, my family and friends still have a good stay.

CALL THEM BEFORE GOING TO THE HOTEL TO CONFIRM. Booking was not confirmed as per the front desk. When I checked in I was told that the booking was not confirmed on the system of Zuri Management. Apparently, this issues was recurring since I also encountered other 3-4 more travelers who experienced the same thing. These people booked through Agoda, Booking and I booked through Trip. It seemed like the Zuri Management cannot handle their overbooking issues. Good thing they still have a room available to provide for us. However, they made me pay again despite having been charged already. Someone should take accountability of this issue. It is unfortunate though that some travelers went through the hassle of this and some even have a PWD and senior with them.

Please be guided by the fact that these bookings are โ€œbooking requests onlyโ€ and must be manually accepted by the hotel.We have demanded an incident report since these online bookings were not confirmed and accepted by Zuri Hotel. We discussed it with our online partners, and necessary actions have already been taken to prevent it from recurring in the future.As a local and Ilonggo owned brand, we continue to aspire to do better. We hope this did not take away much from your overall experience with us. Please allow us to host you on your next stay at the Zuri Hotel, as we would love to make things right. We are sanguine that you will notice the difference on your next visit.

The place was superb, it was clean in every corner, the facilities and amenities we enjoy especially the swimming pool. The Christmas tree was lovely but I expect a much prettier Christmas tree. The food during breakfast, there is a lot to choose from by just looking at it, we are already full. I would love to go back there again soon. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They attend to any favours or queries we had. We just don't like it, we love it

Amazing experience as always. The breakfast buffet is superb. Comfy bed and pillows. For night owls like us, it's also an added factor that the bar and pool area is open until 12midnight. We get to enjoy what we paid for. The cocktails are great and the pica-pica especially the cheese sticks are absolutely legit! ๐Ÿ’œ We were with a little girl and she enjoyed a lot too. Btw, pease note of the 1000 deposit in cash before check in. ๐Ÿ™‚
