Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. It saddens us to know that we were not able to meet your expectations. The management is open to all comments, particularly those that are constructive.We are closely monitoring our room allocation to avoid overbookings; however, some of our online partners are still selling rooms on these websites. Please be guided by the fact that these bookings are “booking requests only” and must be manually accepted by the hotel.We have demanded an incident report since these online bookings were not confirmed and accepted by Zuri Hotel. We discussed it with our online partners, and necessary actions have already been taken to prevent it from recurring in the future.As a local and Ilonggo owned brand, we continue to aspire to do better. We hope this did not take away much from your overall experience with us. Please allow us to host you on your next stay at the Zuri Hotel, as we would love to make things right.
