Ichikawa Grand Hotel Reviews

The hotel is dated but clean. Superior twin room was spacious. Had extra shampoos and amenities that customers can choose on each floor. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The only downside was that the hotel did not provide service to courier suitcases to the airport. Was told parcels can be shipped to residential address but not to airports. Had to take to closest convenience store.

Always great stay. They upgraded me to a bigger room so I could stay in same room both nights. Great staff and have stayed here multiple times.

Fortunately the weather was cool and there was no air conditioning.

Booked two rooms, the ordinary twin room is small and uncomfortable, more than 1500 yuan, the other room is a deluxe room, which is relatively large, the price is more than 2300, the cost performance is low. The breakfast is average, enough to eat. I stayed here a few years ago, and I could get ice, but now it is not available, and the room does not provide water. Alas, I am very disappointed to stay here for the second time!

The Docomo signal was extremely poor, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that I could only receive Gmail when I was outside the facility (･_･; The TV reception was also terrible, with the screen constantly distorted, and the hygiene aspect was not something to be concerned about. It was the most stressful business hotel I've stayed in recently. The location is great, though.

It is very close to Ichikawa Station, and there are convenience stores, cafes, and various gourmet shops downstairs.

The facilities are somewhat old but it was quite clean. The people who attended were very friendly.

I stayed here once in March and found the location to be very convenient, so I stayed here again in April. The front desk staff were very friendly and it was very convenient to be able to come all the way from Narita Airport. Ichikawa Station is a 5-minute walk away, and there are many places to eat at Don Quijote within 1-2 stops. If I come to Chiba again, I would like to stay here again.

Everything is good, but please note that the WiFi signal is really weak.

The location was good and the building was old, but it had everything I needed. I plan to use it again next time.

The room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, but it was within the normal range. Everything else was fine. Had a good night's sleep.
