The room is relatively new, the environment is better, the breakfast tastes good, the mahjong room has no smell, the only drawback is that the washing machine is less, Daya Bay is the preferred hotel.

Close to the Gold Coast, there is a large parking lot, the hotel has a restaurant, gym, laundry room, there is a direct water dispenser on each floor, very convenient, the experience is very good, there are some restaurants next to the hotel to eat, it is very convenient. The front desk service is very good, very warm, check-in is very fast. Very satisfied with the stay.

This place is something special it's located on the 14th floor pretty big room about 80 plus square meters and in addition to the view going to the mountains and to the sea and addition to the view from bathroom as well from a bathtub is just gorgeous apart from that pretty standard hotel everything is on place and anything that you are need is provided. Good ratio you get for what you paid for. Breakfast is okay you can take it as well you can pick anything from a variety of seafood restaurants and places around.
View from the room mind boggling. Everything in the description for the hotel and the room itself is accurate so you got exactly what's written there. The location of the hotel is the prime spot. In order to get to this place you can either go by train to train station and from the train station you can take a taxi which will cost you around 50-70 RMB depending on the traffic or you can use a bus that will be a little bit longer but the price of that is going to be equal to less than 10 rmb. Going off season for a visit it feels almost like stealing the prices are absolutely affordable.

Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong
The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻

Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..
Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining...
Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!
But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

GGuest UserThe accommodation is very satisfactory, very close to the sea, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and the beach downstairs. You can swim until 10 pm. It's just that the food is a bit expensive, and parking is not expensive at 15 yuan a day.

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

The hotel has great amenities like table tennis, billiards, KTV, gym, around 5 restaurants (Chinese, Cantonese and Thai), around 5 pools (some of which have slides for children, and an infinity pool near the beach), a beach with water sports and volleyball very close to the rooms, and a foam party for little ones
The room we had had a sea view and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a fridge.
Downsides were our room which was on tower 4 was a little old and smelt of mould, and the beach is quite noisy, yet I’d say we slept comfortably.
The manager Rahal was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff does not speak English but when we arrived a front desk staff added my WeChat so we could ask for anything we needed which was very helpful.
The green curry at the Thai restaurant was very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options (western and Chinese), including cereals, fresh fruit, pan au chocolate, vegetables, eggs, noodle soup, fried rice, fried noodles, waffles with honey, amongst more.
There are small drinks stalls next to the hotel at the beach (bubba tea and lemon tea), a small shop to buy beach clothes and instant noodles inside the hotel, Hagen Diaz and Chinese ice cream near the KTV cubicles, and vending machines around the hotel.
In summary, there are many things available and we enjoyed a good time there. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed.

AAnonymous UserThe room has a beautiful sea view. The hotel environment is also good. The room is clean and tidy. The environment is good. Meiyan's service attitude is enthusiastic. She actively recommends check-in attractions. Parking is convenient. The swimming pool and beach are downstairs. It's quite close. You can also soak in hot springs at night and visit the night market and food street in the town.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
