We are a group of girlfriends who have an appointment to go and go on a temporary trip. We found a circle on Trip.com. We feel that the price is relatively high. The discount booked on the same day is relatively large. We booked a room and departed from Huicheng District. It took about an hour to get to the villa. The housekeeper turned on the villa in advance and waited for us to hand over some details of the villa to us on the spot. After the whole stay, I felt very intimate and meticulous. After the housekeeper handover was completed, we opened the KTV singing link in the villa. In the evening, I booked barbecue ingredients with the housekeeper to barbecue and drink beer in the villa. Due to the relatively hot weather, we did not have hot springs. For the moment, the personal feeling is still very cost-effective, and the per capita consumption is about 80. Very suitable for gatherings.

The hotel can also order food in the room, Chinese and Western food is very convenient. On the 7th floor, there is a laundry room that is very convenient and can dry clothes. My family and I decided to stay here for one night on short notice. It felt pretty good. The hotel is large and green. At the hotel entrance, the security guy helped us pull a large cart of luggage to the lobby. There were a lot of things with children. When it rained, she helped me to block the rain. The smile of the receptionist made me feel very comfortable. After putting down the luggage, the family experienced the new bicycles. The security guy at the door helped us push the bicycle down. When he saw us coming back, he came to help push the bicycle and asked if we were tired. He was very friendly. There is a zoo in the garden with some small animals. My son didn't want to leave even though he was feeding the rabbits there. I plan to go fishing by the lake next time. It should be nice.

The day before yesterday, I was on a business trip to Huizhou and booked this hotel. Overall I feel very good.
The hotel should not have been opened long. It is very new and very clean. The decoration of the rooms is not bad. Of course, the price is relatively affordable.
The breakfast at this hotel is good, and the location of the hotel is also good.

The hotel room is very clean and tidy. The double room is very thoughtfully designed. There is no bedside table or socket between the two beds, so you don't have to worry about touching the socket when you put them together. On the day of check-in, we went to the scenic spot next to us. We were trapped in the scenic spot due to a storm. We contacted the hotel staff and wanted to send a few umbrellas. Xiao Xue from the hotel immediately arranged a business car to take us back to the hotel. The staff's service was very considerate and I was very satisfied. I will definitely come again next time.

TTom07There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.

I came back to capture the beautiful scenery in the evening. After dinner, I went to the 11th floor pool to soak in a hot pool to relax. I slept comfortably at night. I woke up early in the morning and opened the curtains. I opened the day green. Good mood. Recommended, especially the mattress...

GGuest UserBrand new hotel, with nice green gardens. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Direct access to the sea, even though it is not allowed to swim. The swimming pool is not so big, but not crowded, knowing that the biggest part is kept for kayak rental. The staff at the lobby and the restaurant is kind, but the lifeguards not so much. The breakfast buffet is good, with Western food, as well as the dinner. Unfortunately, no cocktail at the bars, no room service and very few choices of finger foods. The biggest downside are all the fireworks in front of the hotel, for several hours, even past midnight.

GGuest UserWe went on cold windy days but it was still very fun. We got to do kayaking, play with fireworks, and enjoy the beach. When it comes to cleanliness i would say it’s a little bit dirty, the counters are bleached with some sort of black spots, the beach is also filled with black sticky substance that constantly sticks to your feet and doesn’t come off (possibly boat oil) however the beds and towels and all the other items are clean.
With breakfast comes Afternoon tea and we really enjoyed it! not a lot of options for vegetarians though. so i would suggest the hotel to add more vegetarian options.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 night (6th Oct - 8 Oct)the hotel is excellent, Andy the manager and PC the front desk,they both very kind,give us very late check out while we're waiting for the taxi which delayed for 3 hours (till 6 pm)and help us to deal with the taxi driver.
The room is big and clean,breakfast with a lot of option (western and Chinese),swimming pool is very good and beach in front of the hotel is clean. We'll high recommended. It's perfect for long stay or even just for weekend.

Proper greeting upon arrival and there was some help with luggage after asking and waiting. But help was slow.
Even though there was a big rainstorm, there weren’t any big leaks or run down hotel rainstorm issues.
Spa available on 31st floor (but only opens if you book them)

Remove the mats so they won’t get wet, if they’re wet move them so the loungers can dry.

The operator was always busy when I called but to their credit they did called back.
A 4 star hotel, with 2 star management/trainers which makes this a 3 star hotel. I think staff did try their best to respond, but upper management needs to pay attention before this becomes a 2 star hotel.

SShenzhenFoodieOn the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby.
However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway.
On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
