really cosy stay, with great facilities. The location is a bit remote and hard to get taxi, best if the hotel can arrange shuttle to town.

Highly recommended if you are seeking remote area, fresh air, super quiet, private hot spring at balcony is the best , although choices of food is quite limited so prepare for reservation with hotel catering in advance , overall is very good place .

5 star resort hotel, good food and drinks

Even if it was fully booked the day before we booked, check-in time was too much delayed. How come can you make all my colleagues(more than 10 people) wait at the lobby for 1 hour and 40 mins? If check-in time was written after 3 p.m, it must be around that time, not making your guests wait for that long time due to previous guests delayed check-out or whatever.
