Zhenghai has 2 rooms and one living room, which meets the needs of a family of four. It is very clean. It is not the Zhenghai as seen on the picture. It is very convenient to eat downstairs. It is very close to the beach. The beach at night is very lively and there are fireworks.

第一次過來海邊玩，到了酒店衞生還是可以的，設施也挺齊全了，我們大人打麻將，孩子們唱K，燒烤，兩不誤，還有泳池孩子們可高興了，去海邊也有觀光車接車送2分鐘就到了，我們睡晚了客服還給我們延遲了退房，唯一就是廣州過去路程差不多3個小時，總體來説體驗感不錯

房間衞生還可以，離海邊步行5分鐘就到了，沙灘很商業化都是消費項目，就是服務一般讓送一個牙刷等到退房都沒送來。

沒有一張照片跟他們的宣傳視頻是一樣的，房間整體比較破舊。沒有電視，衹有一個很破的投影，白天看不了，開燈也看不了，衹有晚上把燈全部關掉才能看的清，那其他人就衹能摸黑，啥也做不了，也許可以回房間睡覺。客廳空調開了之後不停的發出噪音，很吵。前台接待一般般，沒有什麼熱情。12點退房時間還沒到，阿姨就過來催了兩次要搞衞生。前一天續住打掃的時候，垃圾袋都不套，地也沒掃，床沒鋪。一般不差評，但是這家酒店絕對不推薦。實話實説

1、服務態度差到極致，兜了一大圈去前台入住，在前台站了5分鐘沒人理，後面結果就衹是加個微信，根本就不用登記身份證，那為什麼不能直接在微信上發呢，要兜一大圈。
2、三百塊錢的酒店居然不配礦泉水，打電話問管家叫我們自己用電熱水壺燒！
3、酒店設施有問題反應給管家，管家居然説不該他管，互相踢皮球，我請問呢，要個管家有什麼用
體驗極差，不推薦大家住！
