A little walking distance from the commercial street and the park main entrance, but overall conveniently located, the rooms are big and clean. The hotel is new. The staff were all polite and helpful, also provided plenty of advice helping us plan the journey.

The place looks awesome! The pool was a little chilly but clean, we enjoyed the great service and attention from the staff. The location is great to go hiking the yellow mountain!

Nice and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Little drawbacks are mattresses that are not well fixed on beds and the absence of a carpet.

Very Nice! Recommend for anyone who wants to stay near the mountain. The staffs are friendly and provide really good service, even offer a ride to a bus station for going to the mountain.

Very nice and modern Hotel and room, very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us some tips about Huangshan and helped to organize transportation and with drying our clothes after the hike. The breakfast was also very nice.

Location: Very close to the 汤口 entrance, 15 min walk to the nearest bus interchange to see the mountain. Cleanliness and amenities: Superb as this hotel just newly opened and everything is in its prestine conditions. There is also a laundry room free for use. Service however, was debatable. While staff were very friendly, they definitely took advantage of our lack of knowledge around the town. 1. Offering to drive us to the Emerald Valley (翡翠谷) but charging us an exorbitant price, 5 times more than what DiDi (car hailing app) was listing (only telling us the price once we got on the car, felt like they just made up the amount on a whim). The emerald valley was not an inaccessible location, but we were told that it was and therefore heeded their advice. 2. Sold us Emerald Valley entrance tickets for twice the price and told us that we were getting a discount. Fortunately, the tickets were void as it had already been used, which we got our refund back after. We then bought tickets at the entrance for half the price as we were foreigners. So now im wondering, what discount was she talking about? 3. Lastly, after facing some issues with the dryer not properly drying our clothes after waiting for 2hrs, I approached a staff for help. She was lost and confused but still trying to tell me I did not operate the machine correctly, when all she did was did exactly what i did and said that “its working, just have to wait for the dryer to heat up”. When i asked for her to elaborate on how it works, because i did the same thing and i waited for 2hrs, she just repeated the same info again. Like. If you don’t know and you can’t help just say so? Don’t act smart and be unhelpful? Take these experiences as a pointer if you choose to stay here. Do your own proper research as much as possible so you don’t get taken advantage of like we did! Nonetheless, Huang shan is still a beautiful place, definitely worth a visit.

The owner/staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is big, nice, and clean. the whole area exceed our expectations. When it was dinner time, it was a bit hard to get a taxi. They offer options to have dinner at their restaurant but we chose to still go downtown for dinner. And ended up with them delivering us downtown with the hotel’s car. You can borrow hiking sticks for your hike and store your luggage there. They offer tour guide for the Huangshan scenic area (with separate fee) and free shuttle to the bus station in the morning

Very clean and modern interior design, would go again definitely!

The hotel stands out for its clean amd modern design compared to the surrounding. its has a pool, roof terrace and meeting facilities. We got a room with a bathtub, wonderful. Didnt like that there is no proper door to bathroom and basin, ezpecially at night. Hotel provides free transfer to Huangshan main entrance and pick up too, and even give out Shao bin like the decor and service and friendliness of staff. Dining is nor expensive, comparable to restauranta down the street.

Room was very big to my surprise so very good for the value. Location was 15-20mins walk from the bus transfer centre for the Huangshan park bus. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Food was good, laundry facilities able to use for free. Free and safe luggage storage service available too

Unexpectedly surprised with this stay. Rooms were huge and comfortable. All the staff was so helpful, giving us tips for our hike at huangshan and providing pick up and drop off service at the foot of the mountain. Breakfast was simple but more than enough. Would definitely recommend and return if I’m back in the area

However, in order for the hotel to do better and better, there are the following suggestions: A small table lamp or additional lighting equipment can be added to the desk to meet the needs of guests for office, study or reading. The current lighting conditions are slightly insufficient. In terms of room cleaning services, it is recommended that the hotel can actively ask guests whether they need to clean, so as not to cause unnecessary trouble to regular guests. At the same time, timely replenish the necessities in the room, such as paper towels, etc., to ensure living comfort. Although the restaurant downstairs tastes good, a large number of private rooms seem deserted. It is recommended to reduce the number of private rooms, increase public dining areas, and create a lively and atmospheric dining environment. Of course, a small number of private rooms can still be reserved for guests with special needs. It is recommended to add waterproof mats under the sink and at the door of the bathroom to prevent slippers from getting wet and ensure the safety of guests. For guests staying with families, it is recommended that the hotel add children's slippers. Children's feet are more sensitive and are prone to catching colds. Providing children's slippers can not only improve guest satisfaction, but also effectively prevent children from getting sick due to cold feet.
