Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Staffs are extremely helpful and rapid response, will definitely recommended! Come anytime, if there is any trouble they will help !

Hotel service is very good. Front desk staff, especially Chloe, is very helpful. We requested for non-smoking room and they explained there’s no non-smoking floor in the hotel but they can clean up the rooms off smoke scent before handing to us. On checkin, they personally showed us to our room and asked that we inspect it before accepting. No request is too small. When we told them the room felt cold, they sent someone to help adjust the heater for us. We had a great stay!

I feel that this is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in for so many years. First of all, the room rate includes two tickets to Qiyun Mountain with a ticket price of 68 yuan + two breakfasts with a wide variety of varieties. Secondly, we were upgraded to Building 3 with better conditions for free before check-in. Then the hotel has its own golf course, which covers a large area. It feels like walking in a forest park when you get up in the morning. Finally, the front desk clerk Xiaoxi and Xiaoba are warm and thoughtful, and they also gave our children a cute plush toy before leaving.

Facilities: The color matching of the furniture and facilities in the room makes people feel very cozy, and the layout is comfortable and reasonable! Until I saw the mini bar and shower room, 5 stars fell directly 3 😂 Service: The front desk service is as always, textbook-like and procedural and thoughtful. I booked a special premium king-size bed room, imagining that the actual room I stayed in would also have such a lush mountain view as in the picture... I was given another room on the grounds that the room hygiene had not been completed. I said I could wait, I had plenty of time! But in exchange, I still got another room, under the name of: upgraded to deluxe king-size bed room 907 (the king-size bed is actually two beds put together). There was a gap of nearly 1 cm between the door and the door frame, and the lights in the room or corridor could be seen from the door gap. Later I learned that the hotel consists of two buildings, and the special premium king-size bed room with a mountain view is generally on the side of the back building facing the mountain. Since it is now in the low season, the back building is closed! Environment: Actually it is quite good. The driveway in front of the lobby is constantly flowing with cars during the morning rush hour. It must be the main road. It is just close to Huangshan Railway Station. When sleeping at night, you can occasionally hear the sound of train whistles. Other than that, it is quite quiet. Hygiene: There are some old marks on the sofa and pillows, but it is clean otherwise.

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

Traveling with my children and parents, I want to take care of the elderly and the children. The Emerald Resort solved my problem very well. The room I booked has three 1.1-meter beds, one for each parent, and I and my five-year-old 108-foot-tall child can also sleep in one. The parking area is large, and parking is free. The booked room also provides breakfast according to the number of adults. My child is relatively young, and there is no additional meal fee, which is very generous! The restaurant accepts ordering service, which is very suitable for resting to Huangshan!

The room I stayed in last night was very cozy. I could hear birds singing in the morning. The air was very good. I plan to bring my family here to experience RV camping during the National Day holiday, and there will also be a barbecue and fireworks festival. This is a small treasure camping site worth a small gathering with a few friends, with few people and beautiful scenery...

Although the room is not big, the facilities are quite complete. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I found that the thick toilet seat for home use was given. I hope the store will do a good job of disinfection instead of reusing it. There is a sunken booth in the hotel lobby, which is very trendy in design. The restaurant is also more authentic Western style. The breakfast is really good with many varieties. A mini bar and six bottles of sweet water were given in the room. Surprise! Overall it is good, I will stay again next time!

I was deceived by some video accounts. One video account said at the beginning, ”I accidentally lived in a museum.” That's too much nonsense! This homestay is in an alley, and the waiter will come out to pick up and drop off tourists. The boss mainly puts his mind on the hotel lobby and public areas, and the stairs in the lobby are a bit thoughtful. But the room is not big. Picture 1 was taken when I retreated to the door of the room. Imagine it. The lighting in the room is also very economical. There are no light strips and light belts, and the light is dim. The washbasin is very simple. It is a small washbasin made of cheap wood and tiles, and the mirror is also very small. There is not even a smart toilet, just an ordinary toilet. There is no bathtub. There is no scenery outside the window, only the roof of the house next door. The breakfast is the same as that of ordinary homestays, simple and enough to eat. The coffee is the kind of simple American coffee that is brewed, and there is not even a freshly ground coffee machine. This hotel is usually priced at 800+, which is not worth the price. Some chain brands can be very bright and comfortable for more than 500, and the breakfast is also much richer.

This was a fantastic stay. My wife and I visited Huangshan for a single day and stayed the night here. The room was spacious and cosy, the staff was very accommodating, welcoming and helpful. They helped us navigate how to visit Huangshan Mountain and return again. They even planned our trip! We can definitely recommend staying here.
