Everything was acceptable with staff, cleanness but one matter at hand. Owner should expand internet service was horrible. For I am a business traveler and we need access to WiFi/internet service especially on the weekends. Please upgrade your bandwidth for most individuals need access to WiFi. FYI: I will be on site for next two weeks please upgrade the internet ASAP service. Thank you

Upon entering this property I noted the smell of mildew and my sinuses immediately reacted making it difficult to breathe as I’m highly allergic to mold. Front desk went ahead and charged my card and then gave me a number for GM who never answered phone. Called *******, who I booked through, at first, I was told mold was not an acceptable reason for refund, then I asked for manager and explained it was a health & safety issue and he issued refund. The front desk was very inexperienced and looked to be 16-17. Other receptionist Matthew walked in gave me a dirty look and then walked out. This place is very dirty and you can tell they have had major water damage. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

No computer and or printer. Close to highways. Fast and courtious customer service. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Lots of restaurants around.

elevator broke down and I’m handicapped on the third floor and when I asked for a room change to the first floor was told I’ll let you know and didn’t ask me my room number or name. I had To climb three floors while being handicapped and end up hurting myself. This was a horrible experience .

The water was not hot enough , the elevator broke on day 2, and the fire alarm went off at 1AM & the breakfast wasn’t that great , and we had a blown outlet , and were almost charged for a dirty towel w makeup on it , and we had to go downstairs to get small towels when we checked in , other that it was a nice and quiet stay .

Got there early, about 11:30 am, only asked for check bag before we can check in at 3pm, but there was no help from Matthew at the front desk, refusing to do anything to do anything to help. I moved to another hotel near by and just forget about this dirty place, rude and very unfriendly staff.

Smelly mildew room, unfriendly and rude reception staff, Matthew was at the counter and should not be the one doing this kind of job at the counter greeting customer.
You will be very disappointed!!
So stay away from this one!!
