I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

IMPORTANT - This resort is catered to Koreans and 90% of the guest are Koreans. Signs are in English, Vietnamese and Korean and everything is clearly meant for the Korean customers, from the transport service to town at 10am, 3pm and 9pm (Korean time 12pm 5pm and 11pm) to the breakfast spread which is heavy on pork and only 2 dish of chicken and beef. If you are fine with not being the main target customer, this place is okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere.
Service was excellent, very attentive and customer focus, but slightly lack in attention to detail. For example, bringing pho noodles to our table at breakfast but not bringing chopsticks and spoon. Otherwise, it was excellent service, 4.5/5 stars.
Location was great, nice view, nice atmosphere, 20 mins from airport. 5/5 can't get better.
Resort policy is horrible. No outside food allowed, kitchen close by 9.30, so if you are hungry at night, you can't even order Grab food. In room water is only 2 bottles, you're expected to buy more water if you need more, tap water is not drinkable. Turn down service only offer you chocolate or biscuits but no extra water. Restaurant don't offer free still water, you have to buy that as well. Water is a basic human right, they actually try to monetize this. 1/5 hotel policy, utter failure of a resort.
Room layout - We got cliff villa, but unfortunately for us, we got the last room at the edge of the cliff villa area. So that means unlike other cliff villa, our swimming pool is to the sides instead of the front of the building. Ferns and other plants are growing so when you are lying down on the bed or on the beach chair or in the swimming pool, all you see is plants, not the fantastic sea view. If you get room 512, you are getting a 'Plant Villa', not a cliff villa, because all you will see are plants, ask for room change because other villa get great view of the sea instead of plants. 1/5 rating, totalling not worth it for room 512 no matter how much they try to convince you that the villa has better view. (Yes, but only if you stand up. Not sure what kind of holiday people are having if they are suppose to stand up all the time).
Overall stay 3/5 star. Service is 5 star, but everything else feel like 4 star hotel that's pretending to be 5 star. Policy need to be more guest friendly.

Hope the manager will see this comments below and improve the service of some staff.
Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view.
The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied.
What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't
understand where her arrogance comes from.
Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

Despite so many positives; the beautiful villa, great kids' facilities and the great view, the place is massively let down by the restaurants. Not only was the service poor, the food was terrible. We ate at the restaurant 3 times, pizza was the only meal that was decent, all others were average to inedible. Our final night was ruined as we wasted 90 minutes waiting at the Tropicana restaurant for our food only to leave without eating our meals (first time I have ever done this) because all 3 dishes were terrible - rubbery squid that was hard to cut with a knife, beef fried rice that was 250k for a bowl of rice with two small bits of minced beef and the children's noodle soup which was hot water over instant noodles with a few bits of chicken, leaving a starchy mess. The server responded ”yes here is the beef” pointing at one of the two particles of minced beef he could find, and ”children don't like vegetables so we don't put them in the soup” a more disappointing response than the food. It was the only time I've left a restaurant. We had to go next door to the Raddison Blu Lobster in order to eat. The Movenpick is a beautiful hotel but be wary of the food and the stingy offering of water with additional bottles costing 60,000. Stock up on bottles of water and instant noodles, plan to eat at the excellent Raddison or as I heard from other guests- go to the airport for Burger King. A sad state of affairs for an international resort.

Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa trea**ents included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

Furthermore, the resort staff were always friendly and accommodating, promptly attending to our requests. Their service truly added to the specialness of our vacation. I didn’t buy the all-inclusive package because I felt it wasn’t cost-effective.
The hotel has complete facilities and beautiful scenery. I believe it will be very suitable especially for family trips with children.
Breakfast will be delivered to the room, rich and delicious.
There is another reason why I don’t use the hotel’s all-inclusive package: there is a town about 2 kilometers west by taxi. If you understand English or can use translation software, you should find many surprises.

Brand new hotel Thanks for great great fantastic upgrade. Hotel interior and exterior are plain white and boring for a Westin brand. There is no element of Vietnam or asian tropic vibe. There are some greater Westin hotels. Breakfast & FB service are weak. Service is really weak and needs time to improve. Dinner buffet is great and hot kitchen team is very attentive. Overall a 4.5 star, but I won't likely return as the hotel is quite basic and i expect a more premium and theming when it comes to beachside/ resort staycation. I attached few photos and it is a fantastic upgrade & amenities for Ambassador elite. Hope the hotel can keep up the elite treatment and add more perks such as welcome drink. Nick

For a truly rejuvenating experience, we invite you to schedule a massage at the spa. You can also take advantage of our beach activities and services or talk to our concierge to plan a sightseeing excursion. Recently we had a relaxing 9 nights at Radisson Blu Resort. We found our Junior Suite ocean view had beautiful views and very well appointed. Reception staff were very accommodating especially Diep who assisted to optimise our rooms aircon and was very professional. The breakfast was great as was the buffets dinners as offered a great variety of fresh produce to suit all nationalities and tastes! We found wait and bar staff very friendly in restaurants and bars even if language was a barrier at times- Thanh was very efficient and friendly! Peter the manager is very hands in to all aspects of resort and open to suggestions and listens! The spa staff were fantastic- enjoyed massages and facial very professional. The Manager of concierge was great to organise transport as a few local restaurants close by if needed a change of scenery. All in all relaxing time - you can always use the shuttle if want to go into town!

뚱뚱이또또누나Good hotel for 0.5 nights from the airport…
There was a smell from the sewer in the bathroom and there was no breakfast buffet, so that was a bit of a problem…
Breakfast is a la carte menu and orders are taken on paper…
The ocean view is quite satisfactory…
GGuest UserWell, what can I say, overall not bad, but there are downsides. The villas are good, everything is in good condition, the beds are comfortable, the linen is good. There is a washing machine and powder. The dishes are clean, though there are no forks and teaspoons. That's probably all. Of the downsides: there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything that is said in the neighboring villa, while you are in a room on the second floor, and they are in their courtyard, the cleaning is initially a C, everything is swept up in the corners, you clean yourself, you even have to take the garbage out to the bin outside. There are few towels, no kitchen towels at all, as well as a dishcloth. There are not many dishes, a minimal set is present, but if you are traveling in a large company, there are not enough dishes, both for cooking and for eating. There are no napkins. Pool: the entire bottom is in sand. Somehow the courtyard is not well maintained. There are no soft mattresses on the sun loungers. On the first floor in the toilet there was a smell of sewage villa. 1117. The beach is a separate song: there is practically none... or rather, it is not equipped at all, there are very few sun loungers... if you are lucky enough to get a sun lounger, you need to either have your own towel or bring it from your room (of which there are only 3 for 3 bathrooms), no one cleans the beach, the sea in this place has low and high tides... you also need to take this into account. There is nothing nearby, the nearest chafanka is 2.5 km away... there is a small swimming pool and a restaurant on the territory. Prices are above average. In short, everything is much more beautiful in the picture. We stayed for 2 days... ok, not worth it for a longer period... The price per day is 12 thousand rubles.
GGuest UserNew and modern hotel.
Pros:
1. Spacious room, good sound insulation, has everything you need: kettle, tea set, refrigerator, safe, water replenished every day, 2 bottles, shampoos, conditioners, toothbrushes, hairdryer (powerful), slippers, bathrobes. Everything is new, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed sheets are snow-white, the towels are soft and fluffy. Wi-Fi is normal except during peak hours. Large flat Smart TV with YouTube.
2. Cleaning and change of towels daily, bed sheets every 2-3 days. It’s convenient that the do not disturb button next to the bed turns on the red indicator at the entrance. They clean well, they try very hard, but sometimes they forget about the balcony and under the bed.
3. The hotel area itself is clean and well-groomed, there are two large swimming pools of different depths, there are beautiful areas for photos, as well as several playgrounds, a small water park for kids and a children's room with trampolines and slides in the hotel itself.
4. The staff is responsive, the guys from the reception are trying to help, all the employees from the cleaners to the gardeners are polite, smiling and welcoming.
5. The first line, the beach is sand, there were no big waves, there is a net with buoys in the sea, there are children's vests, a lifeguard is on duty, beach towels are given out near the pool.
6. Food on weekends (the hotel is very busy) varied and fresh, Vietnamese and European cuisine, delicious desserts.
Minuses:
1. There is nothing nearby, the hotel has a free transfer once a day to Nha Trang.
2. The hotel has not yet been completed, there is no noisy work in it, but another hotel is being built nearby.
3. Food, some days there was simply no choice, very little fruit and desserts, sometimes it was not tasty, there was a stale mess.
4. Beach, in the afternoon there is garbage in the sea and on the shore: plastic bags, bottles, boards, they don’t clean everything up right away. Not enough foot shower.
5.Complete lack of animation.
I recommend the hotel to those who like a quiet all-inclusive holiday, I hope they will complete the construction, eliminate the shortcomings and we will come back here again!
