Overall, it was an enjoyable stay although in some respects it was inferior to other hotels I stayed in on the holiday. The pools were great and so was the view from the room. The room itself was alright - quite basic but sufficient. We did have problems with a leak in the ceiling which was promptly addressed by staff but still a little annoying. In general the staff were lovely: in particular Chamindu in the restaurant, a security guard who called me and my partner over to show us turtles on the beach (sorry, can't remember his name) and the guy working the sunloungers at the lower pool. Agnus Unawatuna is a little up into the hills, but the trip up is so worth it.
