A clean and comfortable hotel near the airport. Free shuttle to schipol. Next time when I go to Amsterdam I will stay here again

Sorry to say, but really disappointed this time. The water pressure of shower is very weak. I reported it in the morning about 9:30 in 17th.
However, the lady of reception not even apologized but just said she will send someone to my room, she also trying to service another customer who want to have breakfast during our conversation.
I feel disrespectful.

Love the service we received from the hotel. Very clean rooms. Awesome breakfast with so much to choose from. Realy enjoyed the 2 days stay and will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for sure.
Great location by the way. 7 min from airport and 15 min from downtown Amsterdam.

The revolving doors were moving at a very high speed. There were no porters to help. The floor to the entrance is uneven, with protruding metal strips that make it hard to drag the bags with wheels smoothly. My bag was stuck in the metal *****, and the high-speed revolving door hit my suitcase and pushed it, causing me to fall on my back and hit my head on the street. No one from the hotel assisted. The strangers on the street helped me get up, and take me inside the hotel. The hotel staff was uncooperative and did not get me a medical doctor because it was 10minutes beyond 6:00 PM in the evening. That is the worst experience I have ever had a hotel.
