Interior design is vintage and everything is original. It looks like ‘80 hotel. Room size is big but lighting is dark. Not enough towels, only 2 big and 2 med. carpet needs to be clean.

The room and towels are old and full of moldy smell inside the room. Stains everywhere in the shower area. Not a pleasant experience.

It is clean. The staffs were friendly, especially the uncle by the door is very friendly and accommodating. The room is big and better than similar room at that price range. I got a slight hiccup where the receptionist gave me a downgraded room, I’m sure it is unintentional mistake, but have to go down again to switch room. They do not provide a water bottle, and the indoors slippers are as thin as a paper. But again, the room is spacious.

It is very good location. Also, we can have dim sum in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.

Easy to reach hotel via taxi or tram. It is located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and bars around. The view from the room is good and the beds are comfy.

Arrived on the first day, check in the front desk staff no patience when I ask some thing, for room cleaning is acceptable with what u ask them to clean and what not to touch

My stay was generally satisfactory. The room was clean and functional, meeting basic needs, but the interior felt quite outdated. The furniture and decor seemed to have seen better days, which detracted from the overall comfort and ambiance. The staff were polite and helpful, which was a positive aspect of the stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, providing easy access to mtr which is good. Overall, it was an average stay. Updating the interior would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Generally good. Fine location, 10 min walk to either SYP or HKU MTR station, airport bus stop just opposite. lots of bus routes and tram of cos. We have booked 2 3-ppl single bed rooms. Room space is fine in HK standard. Toilets are clean. Supplies in room is minimal. No washbags, no pens, papers... Refrigerators are not cold enough, one of them was even out of order. There's only one socket near the table, and 2 USB 2.4A sockets, BUT they are not 2.4A at all. I have a USB charger line showing charging current, and it showed 0.XA. We cant charge our phones with those USB sockets. Luckily we have our own charger. Also there's no sockets near the beds. Staffs are pleasant and helpful.
