Clean and modern interior. Nice and quiet room, with a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Amenities didn't include toothbrush or tea but had all the other commonly. Very spacious room for Hong Kong, and included free, unexpected, bread and coffee in the breakfast. Nice

Stayed here many times before, the front desk was very nice and helpful, especially Charles who did check in for me, very patience and professional Also the housekeeping was very nice and professional. Room was nice and clean as usual as photos Location was good, close to mtr and lots food choices The only down was they dont have adaptor for foreign countries products But overall was very decent, highly recommended

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it's evident by all accounts that it's 3-stars at best. The swimming pool is under construction, the furniture is really old, windows are dirty. There were also some reusable plastic sticks for mixing sugar in the room - I think they look very unhygeinic, better use disposable ones. Breakfast is meagre but passable. The location, though, is normal, with a metro station within 5 minutes of walking. Probably there are better options for that price in HK. I think this hotel is way below the standard of Ramada hotels.

Very gratefully got upgraded and the room was spacious! There's a living room and a kitchen (cant use tho). Literally big room with everything in the room, super nice! The room and the washroom were clean and with a bathtub! Loads food choices downstairs and close to the mtr and bus stop. The staffs were nice and efficiency. Easily check-in. Highly recommended

Hotel is at quite a good location, with malls and shops nearby. In 2 mins walking distance to nearest MTR station and bus interchange. 5 mins walk to nearest Tram stop. Convenient for get to places with the easy access to transport. Room is abit small though but is clean and comfortable. Could see abit of the sea view. Love the breakfast. Will probably stay here again.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room is nice and has everything you need, it is Hong Kong so rooms tend to be smaller. The MTR exit is right beside the hotel, which makes it easy to get the Central and Causeway Bay.

Amenities given in room preset is only 2 toothbrushes and a shower hat. No shaving set. No comb. Etc. as I tried called housekeeping. Phone rang king time no reply. Tried to borrow a charging cable. Not able to rent one. Had to pay for charging bank at charge spot. No make up room even for two night stays. As I was trying to turn on the TV The remote don’t work. As I open the power bank. There was no battery inside. Called housekeeping. Took 30 mins to arrive room and end up wrong batteries given. But she brought Sapir remote to try on. Replace battery inside the original remote. The TV still won’t turn on. Overall a bit disappointed. Breakfast options was very little as well.

I have checked in many times. Although the location is not good, everything else is generally full marks. I arrived early and asked the front desk if I could check in earlier. The front desk staff were very polite and helped me check in early! The room was clean and well-organized. Because of the wooden floor, the room has no smell. I will stay here again.

The hotel is about 7-8 minutes walk from the nearest MTR station, and is reasonably close for me. There are many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel and serves many kind of food, which is convenient for most, if not all travellers. The staffs are very pleasant, smiling and greeting the guests all the time. I asked for an extended check-out time of one hour and it was gladly accepted by the front desk staff promptly. While the room is relatively small, but it is very clean and the provisions are above average. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Despite that I talked to the cleaning staff she only has to replace the towers and clear the garbages for me, she made the bed daily and gives me a very good impression. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again, if the need arises. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends too.
