A fortuitous stay, because initially shortlisted but unavailable and eventually picked over a beach facing 5 star property. The stars were in our favour, and Maison Vy turned out to be one of the best properties we experienced in our 15 day Vietnam trip. It was a very tastefully done up property and though it did not have a bar operational, or a restaurant operational, it was a super experience all through. The Mediterranean colour scheme all over, the furnishings, the Spartan feel and small but very significant little things such as the rejuvenating foot baths at the end of the day were a fab touch. The staff without exception were friendly and keen to serve us and caring of our needs. COVID has dealt it some blows it appears, but with the new norms, the breakfast service was exceptional and again the best we experienced in our entire trip. From the fruit presentation, the granola with the yoghurt and toasted coconut pieces and to the exceptional Cau Lu noodles it was an unforgettable stay. The Cau lu itself is a reason to go back to Hoi An, and esp Maison Vy. I could not imagine having something like this for b'fast, but would recommend this to every Hoi An visitor. It is a signature noodle, a signature dish and lives up to its reputation, particularly when it prepared with simple spices and served with love and a beaming smile.

The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. The hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. There are also bicycles for free rental, and you can experience the beauty of the ancient city from different angles.

Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! An excellent and a very comfortable hotel, situated on the banks of the river with most of the rooms leading to a riverfront view. They also provide free bicycles and buggy shuttles to the old town. The rooms were neat and very comfortable with the balcony overlooking the river. The staffs are the ones who make this hotel very special, very friendly and more than just being helpful, they made sure we returned safely back to the hotel by providing the buggy even though it was late. The breakfast was fabulous too, they had both continental and local Vietnamese cuisine as well along with fruits, eggs, yogurt, etc. Overall the it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The Grand Sunrise Palace (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. We regularly stay at MGallery properties around the world and the Hotel Royal Hoi An has to be one of the best we've every stayed. From the highest rooftop pool and The Deck bar providing 360 degree views of Hoi An, through to the riverside pool and sun loungers with the exceptional breakfast restaurant, this hotel oozes elegance and French colonial chic. We arranged our airport transfers (arrival and departure), booked a private transfer to Ba Na Hills and a cooking class with the hotel. Everything was seamless, simple and went to plan. The breakfast selection and service was impeccable, prompt and responsive. The service from all the staff was 10/10 with a special shout out to Vy for entertaining us on The Deck, Trinh for her care at The Attic and the housekeeping staff who always cleaned and restocked without fuss. The small bedtime story each night for turndown was a cute touch. We particularly loved the location of the hotel as well - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the markets, tourists and street vendors, but close enough to walk 5mins to be in the heart of the action again. We appreciated the personalised touches to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our sister's 50th birthday holiday. Many thanks. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning for a longer stay next time.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away.
La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer.
Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

After carefully considering a dozen options for a wedding venue along the coast between Da Nang and Hoi Anh we chose Palm Garden resort, and were very thankful to have done so. We had established a series of criteria which included a) welcoming outdoor beach-front setting, b) attentive yet modest staff, c) clean and comfortable rooms, and d) an engaging and supportive event manager. Palm garden had all 4, and we were particularly pleased with the overall comfort our guests experienced throughout their stay. Our event manager, Ms. Truc gave us a positive impression when we first met and was very responsive throughout the 4 months of detailed preparations and planning with family members from the US, Europe and Viet Nam all actively involved ! The ceremony itself, as well as the reception, dinner and evening activities ran vey smoothly and the staff were attentive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended venue and event managing team! Thank you!

MMbali ThusiThis is the cosiest hotel. Away from hustle and bustle of the ancient town. This hotel is quiet and very relaxing. Could hear birds chirping and cocks everyday. The have an amazing restaurant with bomb breakfast. The staff at this hotel were friendly, especially the guy who helped me check in(forgot his name). They have a shuttle going to the ancient town and the beach. I enjoyed staying here. Very homely.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly and very helpful with anything you need to know etc. They recommended and then booked a great snorkeling day trip for us with Tiger Fishing boat for my 80 year old mother and myself knowing that my Mum (we are from Australia) was very fit and well and could do the trip. Mum had her 80th birthday when we were there and they gave her a little cake at breakfast and made a beautiful homemade card and envelope which was lovely for us all. The variety of food at breakfast was great and they have a chef ready to cook your eggs anyway you wish. The swimming pool was large and a very good temperature and the Deluxe Twin Room with Pool View we stayed in was a very good size with a bath separate to the shower. As the hotel was only built in Dec 2022 the TV was large and very good quality, and the furnishings were very nice. The only recommendation we have is that they put a soap and soap dish in the bathroom but that is only minor as they did have soap wash. The mocktails were fantastic with a big variety. I can highly recommend the Rooftop Delight (I think that was the name but it had lychee and mango puree and something red (berries maybe?)) Mocktail as it was thick and luscious and at Happy Hour I was happy to get 2 for the price of one. Really enjoyed my conversations with Sarah, Chloe, Victor and Lisa at the front desk and Emma and Anna in the restaurant and everyone remembers your name so it feels very personal and a special place to stay.

CCataFerGoWe stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay.
- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience.
The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again!
Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.

GGloryWongWe stayed at Laluna Riverside Hotel in early March. The hotel is very convenient, close to the Old Town, Hoi An Market and night market. The room is spacious and the staff was nice, especially Nancy Nguyen who cares for our need and always ready to help. Her English is good too. We booked tours through the hotel and the price is reasonably. The basket boat and cooking class was great. Massage is good as well. We enjoyed our stay there.

한한을한을I went with my in-laws and had a very enjoyable rest. All the staff were friendly and fluent in English. During our stay, there were many Chinese group tours, so the breakfast variety was Chinese, so I was sick.
The rooms are divided into 1st and 2nd floors, but there are no stairs to connect them, and I had to go outside, so it was uncomfortable at first, but after a day or so, it was comfortable.
The location of the accommodation is a little inside Hoi An, and there are not many facilities around the hotel, so it was not good, but the neighborhood itself was quiet. They circulate it to keep it clean and clean it as they want, so I had a very comfortable stay without any inconvenience. My mother-in-law loves water so much that she plays in the pool morning and evening and likes it like a child. Unlike the picture, the pool is bigger and deeper than I thought. It was nice to have some fun because the hotel was small, so the main pool was suitable and it was okay for the kids to play. They rented a bicycle for free, so I went for a drive in a quiet neighborhood and stayed well until the last day before returning.

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

GGuest User My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip .

-Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home.
-Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their guests in house.
