Room was ok. No strange smell. Basic travel disposable provided. Water pressure great. AC working well. Pool is at back of hotel, provided some privacy Vs those that have the pool right outside. Great for chilling in the hot weather. Overall nice place. Free bicycle provided to roam around. Near the happening area, within walking distance but not too near so can have a quiet rest at night. Staffs are friendly and offered help proactively.

Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! Very good 3 star hotel! The location is AMAZING!! Perfect spot away from all the tourists and in a beautiful local neighborhood that you can see thenlife of the locals. Just 4 minutes walk to the main streets and old town of Hoi An. All the girls at the reception were super nice! We had a small problem with our aircondition in our first room and the next day the moved us to another one. Whatever we needed they were next to us! The breakfast choices are not so many but just enough. We left happy :)

A small and cosy apartment that is within walking distance to the night market and old town. Free bicycle for all guest to use which my friend and I are able to cycle and explore the old town and to the famous Banh Mi Madam Khanh, Cong ka phe and other places. There is a provision ship just across the street which is very convenient if you need to buy drinks or some snacks.

We had the best week staying here! It felt like a little slice of (affordable) luxury, following weeks of travelling and many uncomfortable beds, we were happy to spend the week enjoying all that Hoi An has to offer and resting and Grand Holiday Villa in the evenings. The staff were so kind and helpful, full of great advice and ideas of places to go and things to do! The room was beautiful and comfortable, just everything about our stay was perfect and we felt really looked after. We loved that we could borrow the bikes and had a lot of fun doing so! Thank you so much. If we're ever in Hoi An again, we will 100% be back.

I actually booked the first night on other platforms. I stayed one more night on Ctrip. This shows my approval of this hotel. The hotel is very new, the room has a wide view, facing the Thu Bon River. The hotel service attitude is also quite good (the average service level of Vietnamese hotels is really significantly higher than that of domestic hotels, even 3-star hotels are much better than 4-star hotels in China.) An excellent and a very comfortable hotel, situated on the banks of the river with most of the rooms leading to a riverfront view. They also provide free bicycles and buggy shuttles to the old town. The rooms were neat and very comfortable with the balcony overlooking the river. The staffs are the ones who make this hotel very special, very friendly and more than just being helpful, they made sure we returned safely back to the hotel by providing the buggy even though it was late. The breakfast was fabulous too, they had both continental and local Vietnamese cuisine as well along with fruits, eggs, yogurt, etc. Overall the it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

When I arrived I was soaked from the longest day on my bike. The guy could see that and was very helpful and friendly. They were kind enough to upgrade me to the suite free of charge. The location to Hỏi ăn was great too. Only about 2.5km. They let me hire a bicycle which was very nice.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids.
