The place is nice, but there are mosquitoes and the hotel doesn't have mosquito nets. The service attitude of the receptionist is very good. The scenery is very beautiful. The furniture in the new room is spacious, but the room cleaning and maintenance are not very thorough.

The worst thing about this hotel is that the hotel does not have a shuttle to the town, but I use it to get to the town, one-way. 180k per person! It's 720k for 4 people, but considering the limousine ride from Hanoi to Mai Chau for 920k, it's too expensive, so I think about doing business with it! Of course, I didn't ride it like a fool! And there was no pool bar, no staff, so it was uncomfortable, and there was no bathroom, so I had to walk back to the room.
If these two things are improved, I want to go again! It's quiet and peaceful, so it's healing, and it's on the neat side of hotels near Hanoi. But there was a lot of dust on the glass table. Shouldn't the reception staff be more friendly?

This a very nice place with better staff and such an amazing pool !! Highly recommended !! Nice stop if your are travelling around lake with motorbike coming from Mai Chau !! Come if you are around here without any doubt !! Staff very kind and helpful

I have been to Mai Chau 4 times and have stayed at many resorts in Mai Chau, but this is personally the best and most beautiful resort in the romantic Mai Chau valley. The white clouds float halfway up the towering mountain ranges, looking down to see the majestic Da river exudes the rustic simplicity of this place. Thank you very much to the receptionists and receptionist Vu for the welcome. I'm very enthusiastic and you also make me feel more familiar with this place. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, simple but no less modern. Thank you resort for giving me a wonderful vacation with my loved ones

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and that’s itself made the experience enjoyable. Rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely pool with poolside bar where drinks are made using fresh fruit. The spa is also good. The only disappointment was the food. Given how much good food there is in Vietnam, the food here was truly disappointing.

We had a grt time. Beautiful view. Lovely pool. Really nice staff, especially Vo Ngo Anh. He helped us with all we needed, always smiling. Had a bad experience renting scooters. They hotel is far from the center and these not many taxis and they hotel don’t have shuttle
