We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

Booked Nicecy Boutique because its near ben thanh market and the 'malaysian street' - like just few minutes away . For muslims especially that want to find a hotel that is nearby halal foods, Nicecy is a convenient and nice hotel to choose(you dont have to choose a hotel that is directly opposite the halal foods area but instead, just few minutes walk if you choose any hotel that is outside the street) However, we do need to take few steps up the stairs to enter the hotel but it is still recommendable, even for elderly(except those with difficulty to climb up) I booked this room for the space, based on the photo but in actual, its slightly smaller but its still spacious for 2 paxs though . The suite is clean and have almost everything in the room except iron board(i didnt need it anyway so its not a problem during this trip) The bathroom is complete with full toiletries too . We can also watch netflix via our own acct . We couldnt find the 'do not disturb' sign, hence the housekeeper came everyday to clean and topup the necessary . They changed the towels everyday too . Appreciate it actually . 👍 My booking came with breakfast, however i managed to dropby once due to busy schedule . The breakfast is a non-halal concept but you can still have simple breakfast of bread, cereal and such but you can skip the breakfast option in your booking if you think its not worth . The reception staffs can speak english well so do not have to worry if you have anything to enquire . They are friendly and helpful too . 👍 Overall, its a wonderful experience here . Location is fantastic, near spas, convenience store and there are some Japanese restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly, willing to help and can communicate well, they are lovely. The ”swimming pool” is not a pool and with strong smell of Disinfectant water, the ”gym” is small. apart from that, our room looks nice and clean. It will be even better if the price could get lower, breakfast acceptable.

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... Special thanks to Long, Niran and Tai.

Roseland Sweet Hotel is a value for money hotel; and there would be many other similar hotels easily found online. But what made Roseland stand out was one of their staff Kiet Anh, who is a bellboy, front desk, concierge all rolled into one. The week I was there, he was working everyday and all hours, I practically see him all the time whenever i'm at the lobby, whether I am going out or coming back. His bright, cheerful and friendly demeanour plus his very personal touch is on par with the service found only at the 5 or 6 star hotels. He was what made the difference for me staying at Roseland; which otherwise would be a good but pretty average hotel. Roseland is indeed very fortunate to have employed a staff like him; and given time and the right grooming would make an excellent management personnel in the hospitality industry. My choice of hotel will still be Roseland for my next coming trip, but only if Kiet is there. Thank you Kiet, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable; and thanks for helping me send my cracked handphone for repair; you really saved my life!! See you soon!

We arrived super early to check in due to an early flight. We were allowed up by the pool to chill out and the lady met us and explained we was rushing the clean for us so we could get in early and let us store our bags. Whole thing was so smoothly run and the pool is cold! The first cold pool we’ve come across in Vietnam and it’s just the best! The apartment block it’s in is so quiet perfect to relax in. You have a washing machine in case you want to do any washing. Has a small kitchen so you can cook some basics and save yourself a bit of money. Can’t fault it!

The room is very beautiful. The blanket and mattress are very fragrant, sleep is very good and comfortable. I really like this room

My room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with a great view. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to various dietary needs, which I appreciated. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and the public transportation connections are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Full marks! The reception service and room environment are very good. There are snack shops and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Pham Ngu Lao Street, making it easy to go out and play. The staff can also communicate in Chinese, and communication is barrier-free throughout the process. This time, thanks to the staff, the things I left behind in the apartment were found. Big thumbs up!
