This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. This hotel is a bit rundown...would recommend for some overhauls to the interiors and bedding and wall furnishings. Overall was acceptable as it was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and walking distance to most of the attractions.. But the toilets facilities could be improved. Would recommend anyone who has a tight budget to stay here.

The apartment is newly decorated, everything is very clean, and the location is very convenient. It takes five minutes by taxi to reach District 1 across the river. The view from the room is very good, you can see the landmarks, and it has a washing machine, dryer and kitchen, which is very convenient. The boss is Chinese and very friendly. He introduced us to many tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh. The community has a swimming pool/gym/café/supermarket, and you can walk to Vinh Hoi Park near the apartment. There is a children's entertainment area and many sports facilities. The security guard is also very kind and friendly. I will come again next time.

I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I travelled the world on budget, 3 stars hotels..this hotel is the only one who has a porter help me carry my stuff upstairs. When my tour guide failed to pick me up, this hotel staffs whose been waiting with me outside for 15 mins or so, knowing that I'm panic, ordered a taxi..taxi arrived in no time and saving me from missing my flight. Quick thinking, practical, willing to help.

Wonderful room and view with great service from the hosts! They helped us through every problem we had and were extremely accommodating to our different situations. Will be staying with them again!
