Hotels near Le Huu Nghi Grocery Store, Ho Chi Minh City

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Softest bed in Vietnam. Great central location and the staff were great and most happy to assist. Pool was fantastic on the hot/humid days after exploring the city. Even dropped my wallet in the reception area and it was held safely behind the counter by staff for my return. Staff were fantastic about everything. Breakfast selection was broad and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without a doubt.

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

No shower curtain or door. Good location except the next building is under remodeling. Sometimes noise around 9am. Many restaurants, coffee shops and massage shops nearby. A Japanese department store is 10 minutes walk. Very polite staff. Hotel breakfast so so.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Saigon on June 7th 2024, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service made my stay truly memorable. ***Accommodations: The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

I had a great experience with the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The hotel room had an old-fashioned vibe, but overall it was good. The only issue I had was with the toilet. I kept hearing flushing sounds even when I wasn't using it. It might be a problem with the water pressure or something, I don't know haha. *picture not related

The room is small, the layout of the room is stuffy, the floor in the room is dirty and dark, the hotel space is prisoned. There is also no one to clean the room, pouring garbage in the shift. My sister missed booking for parents for two nights temporarily staying in SG, the family visited asked to book an extra room to let it up 🙃😳 when I talked to the manager, the handling was very bad. Then I called my parents to the lobby, the hotel manager said I 3 times ”if you want, you call Uncle to talk in the lobby” (although before I refused because I could call my parents myself, And it was time for my parents to go down to the lobby to sit and wait for the car to eat instead of staying in the hotel lobby) - Manager Reason again repeat the above (cross your face like, tell 🥥 belly or something :) )

This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.
