The first and main thing I would like to note: none of the photos on the site matches the photo of the deluxe room on the ground floor with a "panoramic" view on the wall and garbage. I will try to be objective and describe both the pros and cons of the hotel. Among the advantages: good location, the hotel is located in the center, but at the same time it is located on a quiet street where you can not hear the noise of cars. The room, indeed, has air conditioning, a fairly large bed, a TV, a private bathroom. This is where the advantages end. Of the cons: the hotel is old and it is very noticeable: worn linoleum, very dirty walls, furniture looks shabby, but the biggest disappointment is the window. It is really present, but in this case it would be better not to have it, because, firstly, it goes exactly into a wall, and secondly, there are piles of garbage outside the window (we were located on the first floor) - the most unpleasant circumstance, of course, I absolutely didn’t want to open that window. I am attaching photos to confirm my review and I hope that the guests will be ready for the fact that the photos on the site do not correspond to reality (deluxe room). We asked to be moved to another room and were ready to pay extra, but the manager replied that there were no places, although on trip.com there were several rooms available, including a room with a balcony. I did not understand the reasons for the refusal: either the information on the website was not updated and all rooms were booked, or we were misled. Wi-fi often didn't work. The sound insulation was very poor. There was dirt in one of the bedside tables, scattered rice – it was not even cleaned. There was a broken shower holder. There was no hair dryer.
