I like the layout of the room as soon as I enter. It is very big. The hot spring bath is well allocated in the bathroom. It is very clean and spacious. We booked a deluxe double room with mountain view, and the front desk upgraded it to a deluxe double room with lake view for free. It was very warm and cozy. They also gave us a children's toiletries gift box and a 50-yuan Chinese and Western voucher. We had a very satisfying Chinese meal in the Chinese restaurant. We ate pepper pork belly and chicken on a rainy day, which immediately filled us with energy. The bed was a little soft. The hotel environment is very luxurious. My little girl likes the carousel the most. This trip was too rushed, so we came very late and stayed for one night and went back the next day. We will come again next time.

Chose the hotel because of the location, close to a park, the river and shopping centre and because of the facilities with excellent breakfast, swimming pool and hot spring. Hot spring is expensive and became overpriced at the holiday. The pool then closed for the holiday too! Restaurant served great food but was only open at the weekend. Coffee bar in the lounge also overpriced and very slow service. They were very helpful in changing the room which was too hot and the air conditioning doesn't work in winter.

Because there are not many hot springs, the hotel will give each person a ticket to a hot spring town to make up for its own shortcomings. It can also be seen that the management is flexible and customer-oriented. There are two suggestions: Mahjong room 168 an hour is a bit too expensive, it may be easier to accept if the fee is lowered. In addition, the sliding doors such as the wardrobe and bathroom in the room are not open smoothly. If the glass horizontal panel of the bar and the entry carpet are more careful in cleaning, it may be better to stay. In general, it is a hotel that is very suitable for vacation and leisure. Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.
