賓館很老舊，房間破敗不堪，如圖所示！似乎也沒人搞衞生，衣櫃裏還有蚊香灰都沒人清理，很嘈雜！

基本設施很完善，整體乾淨衞生且空間大，內設有庭院式免費停車場，中小型貨車也方便停，大卡車停門口外，且採光好通風透氣，走廊可涼衣服很方便，賓館地理位置也比較便捷，吃的地方往賓館門口右手邊方向就有快餐店、大排檔、便利店可消費，外賣也比較快，接近市場中心，下午2點前退房都可以，關鍵還經濟實惠，要長住的朋友也可以考慮，是個不錯的選擇。

沒见过这么差的设施宾館，电视看不了，洗手间没洗头水，沐浴露，电源插座就一个，电风筒也没有，太差了的宾馆，有蚊子咬，空调也是坏的。

臨時遇事，衹能住宿山口鎮。酒店位於合浦縣山口鎮國道旁，80多塊錢的賓館也不能要求太多，但條件確實太差了，賓館在馬路邊上，房間的玻璃開了個洞，晚上公路上大車不斷，超級吵！無法休息。賓館沒有電梯，幸好前台小妹幫助拎行李上三樓，謝謝。衞生間沒有馬桶，是蹲坑，味道直沖房間。衞生間的水超級小。酒店對寵物友好，可以讓狗狗入住。
