The hotel has convenient parking and complete facilities. It is very close to Shigu Academy. At our request, a female staff member at the front desk gave a free room upgrade. Thank you very much! Under her guidance, we added a hotel applet and bought a breakfast coupon on our mobile phone, but the small things that happened behind were very disappointing. After we checked in, we asked to add two more bath towels and two bottles of water. She said that there was no such thing in the room? We said yes, plus, she seems to feel that this situation has not been heard of, we have to explain it to her repeatedly, she said that the hotel has a rule to give two bottles of water, then buy it yourself, do not take the initiative to say that bath towels can be given, we said that water can be bought by ourselves. Bath towels can be given. She said yes. We stayed for 3 days, and the floor attendant still sent two more bottles of water every day! Two bottles of water are a small matter, but you can see the service awareness of the front desk staff.
