Great welcome and great service. Really attentive staff. A very clean and welcoming room. For a first visit I am really charmed by the place and the people around. They are friendly and very warm people. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The room is rather large and has a bathtub, which is a pleasure when you've been on a long trip like I did by train. The meal is buffet style in the evening and at breakfast with many choices available for starters and drinks.

Warm welcome and clean room. Free and secure parking. Table service and the meal enhance the experience. The server was very pleasant and responsive. Very good experience I recommend. Nothing to say, I'll come back.

The photos really don't reflect reality. The rooms are small, the promised courtesy tray is non-existent, no shutters on the windows (it seems that the guests have broken them), so you have to make do with curtains (when it's -8° outside, it's not is not sufficient). In the bathroom, only one towel per person, so for washing hair, it's a struggle. No box of tissues. Toilet paper dispensers are made for sheets; Too bad, there are rollers inside, so it's impossible to take paper without tearing the skin off your fingers. Furthermore, the hotel, which looks like a campanile that has been upgraded, is extremely noisy, not to mention noisy. This should have been remedied during the renovation. Breakfast is ok, but considering the price, it is the minimum because it is extremely expensive. In conclusion: Does not deserve 3 stars. Doesn't even deserve to be a Kyriad. The hotel is located between a first class hotel and a campanile.

Heartwarming welcome. Clean and spacious room. Very decent bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Well located, quiet but not very far from the center either. Complete, varied and good breakfast. Large secure parking lot with a gate closed at night. I recommend
